Hôtel George - Astotel

Excellent customer service, very clean property with outstanding housekeeping staff and great location to restaurants and proximity to attractions. Upon check in at 1am I was assigned room 202. Upon entering room, 2 guests were in bed. After awakening guests I immediately closed door, returned to front desk to notify them of their mistake. I was then assigned room 222. Having 4 suitcases I realized that to get to my room the elevator goes up 1 floor, exit the elevator, walk down the hall towards room 114 then go up the spiral stairs to 222. After traveling for over 15 hours all I wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed. NO HOT WATER. I notified front desk after getting a few hours sleep only to be told that the entire building was without hot water and that this should have been brought to my attention upon check in. After returning from visiting attractions and over 2 days without a shower I was happy to hear that we now had hot water. The last night of my 4 nights stay I turned on the hot water pot which resulted in a blown fuse that affected that also affected the TV and the lamp. This issue was corrected in an hour. The room was very small but clean and comfortable. Other than the issue mentioned above my stay at the Hotel George was OK. With the issues I experienced with no hot water, no elevator to room and blown fuse, the amount spent for this 4 nights stay was definitely not worth it. Again, professional customer service and housekeeping staff.

This is fantastic 3 star hotel in Paris. It’s located near Monmart but also with walking distance to major city attractions. Around hotel there are few amazing bakeries and also some good restaurants. It’s part of Astotel group allowing you to use facilities of other Astotel hotels around Paris, where you can find free coffee and snacks. All employees are very friendly and always there to help. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and definitely will book it again on our next Paris visit.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel George Astotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. 2 minutes walk to St George "Green line" train station, 5 minutes walk to Moulin Rouge and shopping. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Breakfast in the hotel was very good! Highly recommending this boutique hotel to anyone.

Great rooms with excellent street views. Nice area with easy access to transit and restaurants. Staff was friendly and i am very happy we chose the breakfast included option, as it was always good, with good variety.

Good location, plenty of good restaurants, easy to access Paris city by Metro. Drinks and snacks available throughout the day, which is a real bonus.

The property was clean. The staff were helpful. I liked the idea of the free water and juice/soft drink that was replenished daily. Although the room was quite small it was big enough for our needs as we spent most of the day sight seeing. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is very supportive and polite. There are two metro stations close to the hotel and good restaurants options close. Complimentary open bar is very kind.

Cute and quaint hotel in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to moulin rouge and many other things in Paris. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, we would stay here again!

Perfect hotel experience

Friendly staff. Free water and mini bar and nibbles. A real treat rather than lots of extra add-ons. Quiet, comfortable and warm rooms.
