I loved this hotel. They say they want you to feel like you’re stepping into their home, and I really feel that you do. I had a small, single room, and considering I spent most of my days running around the city exploring it for my first time, this was exactly what I needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved the interior design, and how it really felt like you were experiencing your own special piece of Paris by being there. I learned quickly how much fun and how efficient it is to use the rental scooters scattered around the city, and the fact that there is a scooter parking spot directly in front of the hotel makes life that much easier. It was also very easy to travel to locations outside of Paris like the airport and Versailles. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back.

Hotel Henriette is the most charming hotel in an ideal location to get you everywhere you need to go in Paris. The hotel is beautifully decorated, meticulously clean and adorable. The staff are so welcoming and warm and go out of their way to assist you with anything you may need. The rooms are peacefully quiet, I barely heard a sound from anyone over 7 days, and the bed was super comfortable with quality bed linens. I could not fault a thing about Hotel Henriette, it exceeded all my expectations and the staff are all truly lovely. It will be my hotel of choice again for my next trip to Paris.

I stayed At Hotel Henriette during one of the most surreal times of my life. The global health pandemic happing right now put my travel plans for France into quite a whirlwind. It also happened to be my 30th birthday. This beautiful hotel and wonderful staff took very good care of me during this time. Unfortunately I was only able to be here in the hotel for two days before I got a flight back to Australia because nothing was open. Despite not seeing any tourist attractions in Paris, the city was still beautiful and the staff were so accommodating and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and even extended my check out time while I waited to board my emergency flight home. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The hotel was very clean and such cute decor! I will definitely be back. Merci beaucoup Hotel Henriette!

The hotel was lovely, beautifully fitted-out and decorated with a mixture of retro and new furnishings. The staff were excellent. We chose the cheapest room option, which meant the room was a little small, therefore the bed was small. But I’m sure that was due to our price option. Other than that, we loved the hotel and our stay.

We picked this hotel from the Lonely Planet guide book for its location next to the Montparnasse train station we were arriving from. It is a bit far from the river and most of the sites but that wasn’t a problem because it’s a nice neighborhood and we like to walk. The room was tiny but cute and clean.

Beautiful decor and a lovely place to stay, the room was really stylish and had everything you need, including an excellent shower. Two mins to Gobellins metro stop. Only thing I'd suggested is to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper as the rooms are very close to each other and you can hear people speaking etc.

Hotel Henriette is located on a quiet street right by the number 7 subway line on the main road in the 13 arrondisement. Quaint and beautifully designed, the hotel is a joy to look at and stay in. It is a very small hotel, however, and it shows with the small 2 person elevator, and small rooms. The walls are also not very soundproof, and you can hear people going in and out of the rooms or talking in the hall. Nevertheless, the rooms are well designed and comfortable, and have all the basic amenities such as towels, hairdryers, a safe, and soap. The beds are a good firmness, and the shower’s water temperature is great although the water pressure isn’t the strongest (but perfectly comfortable). The room we stayed at also had a cute window with a potted plant hanging from the outside. The staff are kind, helpful, and accommodating, and can speak fluent English. There are also free pastries and tea in the lobby area. I would definitely come back the next time I visit Paris!

The staff was helpful and friendly. Room was comfy and loved the continental buffet breakfast. Only downside was the location was not as interesting as some other arrondissements with nice options for restaurant/bar/shop within walking distance. Also do note that restaurants are mostly closed during the year-end period and this applies to all other arrondissements as well.

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel was definitely on the small side, but they furnished it in a way so as to not make it cluttered. The front desk staff was very helpful. The only drawback was that the door between the bathroom and the bedroom had a panel of frosted glass that was basically see through. We ended up draping a towel over the door to block ththe panel. Obviously if you are traveling with a significant other or solo, it's no problem, but if you want some privacy, it's a little tricky. Minor complaint though.

Our 3rd visit to Paris and our 3rd stay at the Hotel Henriette, each time it get's more enjoyable, it really is a lovely hotel, and in my opinion in an excellent position for all the sites.12 months on all the same staff are still working there, which in this day and age in the hospitality business is a credit to the management (and the staff) they are always on hand to help with any requests including making reservations for us at local restaurants. Already planning our next return trip, fallen in love with Paris and the Henriette.
