This was a last minute booking and this hotel lived ip to its previous reviews. The hotel was very easy to find with good parking spaces and we were given a warm welcome at reception. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. The WIFI or as the man at reception referred to it 'the WeeFee' was excellent.In the morning we had a hearty breakfast before setting off for the ferry home. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good service and location. Perfect for an overnight stop. The reception staff are professional and friendly. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was good, reasonably priced and very convenient.
Really can’t fault this place if you need a good value hotel.

Staff great, plenty of parking, rooms small and nobody ahd bothered to ensure that there was any soap in the shower or basin. If you service a room make sure you do the whole room, pay attention to basics. When I shower I expect soap, shampoo and a decent sized towel

The hotel was extremely tired and the rooms were very small. Our room had a folding chair in the corner, I don't know why as there was no room to put it out! Moving around the room was like a game of chess, planning your moves in advance.
The bathroom had many water stains on the ceiling and there was no plug in the washbasin, The room door could only be closed by slamming it, as everything was distorted.
There was a lounge area, with 4 chairs and a table, if you got there first you got a seat, otherwise tough luck!
However the restaurant was a revelation, only 4 choices in each course but they were good. Breakfast was also very good.

Ils ne prennent pas la carte en dessous de 1€, du coup j’ai du payer 1€ de taxe de séjour au lieu de 0,8€. S’il n’y avait que ça…
Les chambres sont bas de gamme. On a une pauvre table dans chaise en guise de bureau, obligé de se mettre sur le lit.
Insonorisation inexistante, on entend le téléphone de la réception sonner.
En arrivant j’ai du attendre 15 minutes parce que le réceptionniste prenait des appels en plein milieu de notre conversation. Le lendemain je demande la facture avec que la taxe de séjour, c’est pas possible, on me dit que ce serait illégal, n’importe quoi.

3 Bett Zimmer war ursprünglich für 2 Personen ausgelegt man schläft unter der Lampe und kein Zugang von beiden Seiten des Bettes kein Platz Koffer können nicht deponiert werden kein Platz.badezimmer Durchlaucht komplett defekt und abgenützt. Zimmertüre geht nur nach ca 10 mal versuchen auf Schloss defekt.

Je me suis galéré entre 11H30 à 17H30, aucun service d'accueil, malgré ma réservation faite en ligne 4 jours avant, je suis resté bloqué dans ma voiture, jusqu'à 17H30, les services d'Expedia n'informe pas ses clients c'est un peu triste. Merci.
