Excellent service…. Breakfast is continental, but nice choice.. everyone was helpful and courteous. A good choice of bistros and restaurants of many choices right within 5 minutes.. local, not touristy. Vavin metro, 5 minutes away, and was excellent to get to St Germain, Odeon and le Marais. No shopping near by, and rooms are typical for Paris. We upgraded and just loved the ambiance and architecture. If first time in Paris, and you want to walk to Champ d’Elysees , or anywhere on right bank, not the location for you…. We loved it. Ubers, metro and bus depending on destination. Highly recommend.

A great location and spacious air conditioned room in the midst of a Parisian heat wave was a blessing. The room was huge and beautiful with double showers for three people which was helpful. The pull out sofa was a fine length for my 6’2 son which we worried about. Pleasantly surprised. Weird things: major fly problem in the lobby which was a shame because it was a beautifully decorated space. Also the A/C cuts off at night in the middle of the night but easy to turn back on. Neither of these issues made a big difference - just worth noting. Helpful staff, great location away from the center so quiet but accessible with a hopping nightlife just not loud. Don’t hesitate to book! I’d stay there again!

Les photos de la chambre réservée n’étaient pas représentatives et aucune mesure de la chambre était indiqué sur le site d’Expedia. La photo était beaucoup trop petite. Nous avons dû payé un supplément pour avoir une chambre régulière c’est-à-dire avec une grandeur normale et appropriée. Sinon, c’était propre mais les serviettes n’étaient pas changées dans la première minuscule chambre. Merci!

I last stayed in this hotel in 1993 so the decor was greatly improved. The receptionist did not mention the availability of coffee or breakfast. When I checked out there was no one on reception and I had to call out several times before someone appeared. My room was very nice and it’s a great location.

Nice room, with the view on the street. we received 6th floor where it was lovely with the open windows. Great location, to restaurants, metro, RER train and supermarkets. We stayed in the room quite close to elevator. walls are very thin and you can hear all the noises from the coridor :( Breakfast is not recommended.

The room was a bit small and cramped. The walls need some cleaning; there were stains on the wall in several places. The bed and the tv, however, were pretty comfy and nice. When checking in, we were not informed about the option of free coffee and tea but we were definitely offered the expensive breakfast. The area is great but it seems there is a school near by so there were lots of young people. You can hear the noise outside from the window. Good customer service goes a long way; it would have made a great difference.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Le Royal. Walking distance to many restaurants and the Metro. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful with and requests. Rooms were clean and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.
