We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms with the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on. Friendly staff, very helpful. The spa is gorgeous; jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and pool. Very relaxing. Towels for the spa and a robe are provided by the hotel too. Lipsheim is a very pretty little village, but fairly remote. A car would be advisable, but there is a bus (followed by a tram) service into Strasbourg. Takes about an hour in total. The breakfast was okay, maybe a little overpriced for a basic continental breakfast. Good service though and a pleasant dining room. Recommended for a quiet and peaceful stay.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet town outside Strasbourg. Room was pretty but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Staff helped getting mattress toppers but still, it was hard to sleep on and it was not well sound proof. Internet very spotty.

Nice place and large room. Though there is no shampoo in rooms or at reception. There is also no minibar in the room. I was only able to find a vending machine late in the evening but that does not accept card and works only with coins. If you dont have coins then there is nothing nearby unfortunately.

The pool sauna and spa complex in the hotel is worth visiting. Due to covid the restaurant was closed . The still served a Continental Breakfast in the dining area. There were a lot of mosquitos around the hotel. We ate at a asian buffet about 5min drive away. You can't use the pool after you check out.

Staff not very helpful during checking in. Couldn’t offer advice on where to eat that evening, and repeated a few times that the restaurant next door was full - end of conversation. Morning after, charged €28 for breakfast for 2 adults and one child (not bad?). No menu offered, and very little choice offered by staff. €28 got us 3 croissants, 1 thimble of coffee, a glass of something resembling tap water, and two slices of bread. Cup of tea not available. No fruit juices offered. I would guess €27 profit was made on the worlds most petit, “petit dejeuner”. Rooms clean but basic. Beautiful village

Potentially and very good place to organize meetings but After 11pm the hotel is quite (all is closed) Which might not be convenient sometimes for a good team building. Air conditioning is powerful but not well oriented (just in front of the bed) in some rooms. Beside that the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are meeting expectations.

Nice quiet location on the edge of the village proved a great base for cycling with an extensive cycle network around including into Strasbourg. Restaurant and boulangerie within short walk, train station also within easy walking distance. Good breakfasts. Room seemed slightly on the small side for a multi-day stay, given the price, but aircon very welcome. If visiting again I'd try to get a larger balcony room.
