Very small room, but well appointed and fantastic bed. Great location for train travel, though not the nicest/safest neighborhood. Very convenient, if a bit expensive.

A nice 1930s theme. Quiet, despite noisy neighborhood. Area is around two rail stations, so a bit grungy. Convenient for travel, but not great for walking around. Will need to take a metro to get to most attractions.

The hotel was clean and nice, although the elevator didn’t work very well. The area around the hotel was not that nice though.

Hotel was very chic and I love it. Amenity was good and close to the station. Staff called a taxi and came to on time. There are many good restaurants close to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Unique room decor but borderline dysfunctional; good luck closing the bathroom door while on the toilet. Area is borderline as well... Staff was ok but told me nothing about the room, the hotel or the area.

We had a lovely stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was super cute — we especially loved the decorations and cozy atmosphere. However, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which affected the overall comfort a bit. Still, it was a charming place and we enjoyed our time there.

My room was stunning, the decor was beautiful, very comfy bed. Close to two train stations and lovely restaurant downstairs for a meal or a drink. Check in was very easy, staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but lovely, croissants, fruit, yogurt, bread, eggs made to order as well as tea, coffee and fresh juice. I would definitely recommend staying here

The elevator is tiny and our room was tiny, no place to open up our suitcases except on the bed. We needed to keep them closed and standing vertical when not in use. BUT the location was great, right in between the Gare du Nord and the Gare de L’est, so it was easy to catch trains and subways for in city and out of city locations. Hotel was old, but clean and service was very good. Many restaurants and shops in easy walking distance.

We’re big fans of Luke Edward Hall which is how this hotel was on our radar to stay at on our most recent visit to Paris. It’s a little more tired looking than the photos on Instagram suggest. We were put in an attic room which meant the side of the bed on the sloped ceiling side required considerable contortion to access. There was a peculiar and unpleasant smell in the room, mainly the bathroom which I guess was drainage/sewage related. Housekeeping didn’t come to our room during the day to do the bed etc which we’d expected as it’s quite standard for this level of hotel. Upon investigating we found that the Do Not Disturb sign actually has a reverse message requesting the room be done but we figured that out too late and unfortunately we were not made aware of this at check-in. On the plus side, the location is very convenient for Eurostar and the toiletries are Dyptique.

What a magical place to stay. It's centrally located. The cafe is incredible- make a reservation! The concierge was so helpful and kind - funny too. This is now my go to hotel in Paris. I was traveling with my 16 year old daughter and she loved it as well. The ambience and design of the hotel added to the magic of it all. Even the exercise room is chic.

The room was really quite small, even considering the good location. Good location means convenient location, not that the area is that great. Apparently my room was near the roof so for half of my room I cannot stand up. The setting was quite nice, and the bathrobe, flipflop, soap, body cream etc are well supplied. Bed also quite clean and comfortable.

The hotel was entirely nonresponsive to Expeida's CS team's many attempts to resolve a booking error. I would not book again.
