Great hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and perfectly adequate for stopover. Table football, electric darts and games/chill out area with bean bags and books is great for kids. Breakfast was very good but a bit expensive. Would definitely stay again and definitely redommend.

Excellent staff at check in and at breakfast. Clean and extremely well designed room. Close to McDonald's and two other restaurants. Given a 15% voucher too for the nearby restaurant. Ovwrall, excellent for the price.

As this was a budget hotel we expected the facilities to be lacking. However we did expect cleanliness, we found what looked lie pubic hairs in the shower and next to the sink and the toilet had not been cleaned properly there were Brown marks left by someone’s recent trip to the loo. Ok for a nights stay if you’re driving through or just need to crash for the night. Mc Donald’s in walking distance if you need a warm drink in the morning.

Very disappointed to find our room was at the farthest end of the hotel, on the first floor. Not very suitable for a stay with a dog . A long walk to take her out for a comfort break during the night.

A very good experience from start to finish. Check in was smooth and uneventful, the staff were friendly and helpful. Some concerns about the security of the car park which was accessible to all from the street as there had been instances where cars had been broken into; thankfully nothing happened to us though. We walked next door and visited McDonalds for breakfast which was very convenient.

A wing of the Ibis through which check in was made. You know when you pass from 1 to the other, as decor changes. Room was clean and the hotel did all that was required. Stayed here on a number of occasions, so knew what I was signing up for and what the local area was like. It is a 'typical' French hotel on the outskirts with other hotels and facilities nearby. There was a new (to me) bus stop/terminus which looked as if it would serve Rouen if you chose to stay here. Check this out for yourself though.

We booked this as an overnight pit stop on the way to southern France with my baby. The entire place stunk of smoke and the room was no different. The bed for the three of us was a double with single bunk above (not ideal for a baby) so we hauled our travel cot in. No soap in the minuscule bathroom, only showergel attached to the shower. No restaurant in the hotel itself but there may have been one in the ibis next door. Overall not somewhere we would stay again
