Nice and clean. Great breakfast

Liked safe parking and size of room. No coffee machine or safe in the room though.

Good location in the centre of a lovely little town on way from UK to French Alps. Parking and breakfast both perfect.

Room was clean and good space but no safety box, no minibar neither tea/coffee sections. WC separate from washing basin and shower. Staff helpful but they don't speak English. Not recommended

Room was great and nice and big, but the restaurant wasn’t open and the secure car park has a height limit of 2.1m and the entrance to it is very very tight (too tight to get in in a family car easily - but there was road parking nearby)

We were doing a journey of in total 20 hours, Chaumont was half way. We were so impressed from the moment we parked our car in the secure underground car park.costs €10 but worth every penny. Reception staff very welcoming and environment very clean and well laid out. We have a large dog and they were very accommodating. Beds very comfortable, lovely view of the town. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was included and had a great continental selection of good quality foods. Would definitely recommend and will be making this hotel a regular stop.

No hand wash basin in toilet

They did not have a reservation for me and even though I showed the my Expedia confirmation email and reservation number, i had to pay again !!! Whether Expedia or the Hotel is at fault needs be figured out and make me whole forthwith! This cannot stand.

There were hand sanitisers available and everyone was wearing masks. Nice stay over - although restaurant closed

WiFi didn’t worked at all - not in the room nor in the lobby

Very disappointed to find the restaurant was shut and not to have been notified before hand. Equally disappointed that the hotel website had shown there was a bar. We could not find this bar. The reason we had chosen this hotel was the location and the restaurant/bar. Although im a frequent traveller I have not stayed at an ibis style before but I have used your competitors whose websites are much more honest than yours. I often stay at other Accor hotels and I feel let down by the ibis style. I look forward to hearing from you as to why we weren’t advised about the shut restaurant and why a bar is advertised. We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Used it as a stopover and it was fab! Modern, clean, light with great decor and good room size. Underground secure parking too!

Very handily located for the town centre. Quick, no-fuss check-in, and quick check-out. Satisfactory overall value-for-money. Helpful staff. Good car parking on site: reasonably priced. Excellent restaurant without frills, but with an adequately varied menu; as in the overall sense, mentioned above, the restaurant itself was optimally priced.

The restaurant and bar are shut permanently despite Hotels.com adverising them as a feature of the hotel.

It was very clean and comfortable. We were happy with the large space in the bathroom included a nice large bathtub. it was very clean and nice design of the latest style. we were happy and relieved

The room was clean and tidy. It was spacious and the staff is very friendly. Only the buffet breakfast is too scarce in choice

Great stopping point half from Alps to Calais.. friendly staff, secure parking and easy to find

Tend to use this Hotel as a stopover on the way back to Calais from Southern France. It is centrally located and once the car is parked you can walk and explore.Chaumont is a lovely typical French town and has quite a few shops,bars etc. Staff are always very friendly and helpful,rooms are always spotless and the beds extremely comfortable. We eat in the Hotel restaurant in the evening,menu has improved but service still not great! All in all I would highly recommend the Hotel ideal for a stopover or short stay.
