Old & very tired & scruffy whole place had been tarted up but should have been rebuilt

Noisy, not from road but from poor sound insulation. Restaurant not good value for money. Otherwise its position suited our needs.

Staff was kind enough, the room was clean enough as well. negative aspects are 1, the wall is very thin so you might be bothered by neighbor's snoring like we have experienced. 2, the toilet flush was super weak! which I believe they have to fix it. overall it was fair enough.

Hotel sited within 5 minutes of tram and approximately 8 from metro station making travel to city centre effortless. Also local travel tickets are combination covering tram metro and bus at a good price. Friendly staff and very helpful. Restaurant good with plenty of room.

Its not the worst one i have stayed in. You pay for what you get. The staff are very friendly which helps. The room is ok. Needs a bit of a refresh. The toilet has limescale after what must have been a long leak in the past. The light fixings have a bit of rust. But you can have these roblems in more exspensive hotels too. Its fit for purpose and a good price.

Hotel staff was always willing to call us taxis. No room service when needed but it was fine, about ten minutes to the city center.

Say there as could not get in town

This was a very pleasant hotel, all the staff spoke English which was useful. The breakfast was first class, the hotel nice and very clean. The room was very quiet as was the neighbourhood. The major criticism of the hotel is that it is very difficult to find, the signage to the hotel is very misleading as, you appear to come to a no entry situation just off the motorway. Maybe in the how to get there, it would be useful to give some additional instructions as to how to proceed once you have exited the motorway.

Recently updated hotel, given decent room with very comfortable beds. Restaurant very good and not over priced, although closed on Friday and Saturday I believe. Lovely staff. Free parking with trams nearby if required.

Modern hotel 30 mins from Ypres and close to Lille.

The hotel was good. Food okay and staff were very helpful. Our one and only issue was how to locate the hotel which is on a business park. We missed signs that were not clear.

Couldn't be in a better location for anyone taking the TGV to or from gare Lille Europe, which is practically downstairs from the hotel.

Hotel agréable près du tram, 20 min du centre. Malheureusement, internet marche très peu voire pas du tout, dommage pour un hotel de business...

There is nothing wrong with this hotel other than the location, the lack of air-conditioning, and the extremely uncomfortable beds! It is located in a light industrial area about 5km from the centre of Lille. There is nothing within walking distance nearby in the way of food or drink. The nearest amentities are a Carrefour shopping centre about 3km away. The staff were pleasant and helpful. However as it was a stinking hot 30 degrees and the rooms aren't airconditioned I would not recommend staying here in the summer months. So, all in all, okay for one night if you just need a cheap bed - but really you can do a lot better.

Séjour correct

Hotel situé dans une zone industrielle. Plus un ibis budget qu'un ibis style en terme de confort. Le petit déjeuner est tout juste correct. Le personnel est sympathique et aidant.

Alles in Ordnung. Frühstück ganz gut.
