The room was absolutely filthy!!! dead flies in the room and bathroom...The room smelled so bad that I had to go buy air freshener from the supermarket. The carpets was SO dirty that i could not take my shoes off. I didn't bring a house shoes with me

Very friendly and helpful desk staff. Easy to navigate building. Convenient and pleasant breakfast area. Nice food options for breakfast.

The hotel could use some upgrades. The rooms look cute and trendy online but they are small. Sun fading has happened on the carpets. I struggled with a bit of a language barrier. There was never any water in the fridge to buy. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest. Getting dinner late is limited, you’ll most likely end up with Chinese. It is a 5 minute was to the metro, but at night walk it fast.

Nice little rooms, helpful staff, nice breakfast area. We would stay again in the future.

Firts of all I have always stayed in this hotel chain, of course not in this location, The check in was ok , but the breakfas was poooor, only coffee, juice and cereal , a couple of cheeses and bread by the weekend running out , the worst thing is it show have AC and dont have not neither a fan , I have to go out to buy one , At the receptions, only one person was friendly, the others did not speak , English , no spanish , only French , but despited that the service was terrible . they did not have availiable information to call a taxi , all the information was old top of this they have a computer for Guest used for only 10 minutes per used and they do not have how to print documents or anything else , I really do not recoment this location to no ones ,

In 30-40 degree hot weather, thete is ABSOLUTELY NO AIR CONDITIONING. Very hot in June with heat alert. At least fan was requested and were told that they don't have one. Location was ok. Close to metro station. A Turkish restsurant with very few choices to dine in. Room was very small though clean. They must provide air conditioners and mention it when people are booking. In winter, spring and summer msy recommend it.

I found the reception people very pleasing and the kitchen lady also very polite. Breakfast is in the basement but quite sufficient. My bathroom had a horrible smell and the toilet seat had a crack that bit my bum twice leaving me with cuts. Overall pleasant experience though

It is an animated area with lot of shops and restaurants Rooms are little small but clean with everything The breakfast is Great and have everything you can think of: coffee, chocolate, croissant, juice etc Reception is very nice and helpful

Lift not working, no light in the room and not fixed over the 3 days I stayed there, shower head flawed. Is this an IBIS? For 170€ I got much much better in Paris.

Nice room and clean except no aircon but I like the location close to metro and groceries.

A general residential area which did not feel suitable except that the Metro offered the opportunity to get into the Paris centre. Best Metro Exit to use is Rue Mathis. Hotel reception was good and the room was smaller than expected. The breakfast Service was good and Food was quite adequate. Supermarket across the road is convenient. Recognising the 3Star rating we were satified

Close to metro, small room but had everything, staff very helpful and very good breakfast. Only downside was room tended to get warm as there is no air conditioning, but cooled down reasonably quickly when window was opened.

Basic hotel. Small rooms. Staff and breakfast ok. Near metro to central Paris. Shops and bars nearby. Fine for short stay if exploring Paris

I really enjoyed staying in the hotel. I was in the village, not really a tourist area, which was exactly what I wanted. The great affirmative message in the rooms were fantastic and made me quite comfortable to patronage a place that respects the black movement in America. Staff was wonderful and I enjoyed the daily breakfast. Will be returning!

El hotel es muy viejo. Habitaciones muy pequeñas SIN aire acondicionado. Moqueta horrorosamente sucia. Mobiliario y decoración pasados de moda. Desayuno muy justito. En total horrible.

Pas habitué à me plaindre, mais je n'ai jamais séjourné dans un hôtel aussi sale et surtout à un prix aussi élevé. Il fallait mettre des chaussures pour aller de la chambre à la salle de bains. J'ai l'habitude du groupe ACCOR avec des standard très convenables, mais là... Impossible de prendre une douche (avec une hauteur sous plafond d'environ 1.5m)
