Very clean and helpful

Cute hotel for an overnighter. Dinner at the restaurant was ok, breakfast was better.

An easy hotel to find a not bad for an overnight stop. The breakfast was good and so was the dinner but, in the afternoon and at dinner, there was no milk to add to the coffee. At dinner we did at least get chantilly cream for the coffee.

Area around could do with some tidying up, food was fine, breakfast good, staff friendly. Good option if you need to be near Valence TGV.

This seems to be a relatively new hotel. The room was clean and nice. The restaurant was great ( we entertained local friends for dinner and all the meals were very good and reasonibly priced). 10 to 15 minute walk from the train station.

We was delighted with our stay at this hotel. We was greeted by a delightful man named Eric (Erik?). I believe he was the bar manager as well. He spoke excellent English and is an absolute assest to the Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. All other staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant also. The hotel has excellent Covid measures in place, that made us feel extremely safe!. The Hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. There is a bar and dining area. We ate dinner on the evening of our stay, and it was more than adequate. There is a secure free parking area, that your vehicle is safe in. We had a complimentary bottle of water, and sweets in the room which was a welcome touch after a long journey. We will definitely stay here again.

The usual type of accomodation for Ibis Styles. There is a restaurant on site, which was just O.K. Unfortunately there is nowhere else to eat in the vicinity as the surrounding buildings seem to be all offices. This is a rather strange location next to the TGV station and is a bit off the beaten track if heading south.

We stayed one night because we had a TGV to catch early the next morning. The station is a few minutes walk from the hotel and there is a designated path for pedestrians. The room was simple and functional with a magnificent view on the station and the mountains and on the sunrise that morning. There were electric shutters, in case people need to sleep in. The bed was very comfortable with a nice duvet and top matress. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included and well organized in time of covid, with hand sanitizer, individual thongs to grab bread and fruits. There was a good choice of pastries, breads, yogurts, fruits, ham and cheese and a self service coffee machine. Staff was friendly. We forgot a shirt in the room, called them and they said they will ship it to us. In short, if you need to stay by the Valence TGV station, Ibis Styles is a great option.

We really like Ibis style, it's not that fun with the lockdown measures as we don't have the breakfast buffet, but it's still a good place to stop with the family

Great hotel, Fab staff very helpful and friendly. They printed my train ticket which was a relief as Valence TGV has a barrier and you must present your ticket to access the platform. This time I picked my breakfast items the night before, it was ready for me in the morning. Normally there would be an excellent buffet, however this was a brilliant option and everyone still got a very good breakfast in a very safe environment. I thought this was so good as there was no where open in the train station and no food on the trains at the moment. So thoughtful of the Ibis. Lots of helpful information throughout the Hotel keeping residents safe. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom spacious, immaculate throughout the Hotel. This is my favourite stopping off place on my way to the South of France or returning back to UK. Gorgeous views of the mountains, the holiday definitely starts here.

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and check out. Great rooms with lovely view of mountains. Good spacious bathroom. Everything clean, Complimentary tea, fruit teas, coffee and pastries in reception area. Complimentary breakfast excellent with very good choice. Short walk from Valence TGV station to the Hotel, just make sure you exit the station from the correct side of the tracks, you can see the hotel from the large windows at the end of the waiting area. The beds are very comfortable, rooms air conditioned, good restaurant. Im looking forward to staying again in April.

It is close to the Valence TGV station and the office area. Other than that, nothing interesting nearby. There is no any other restaurants in the area. The hotel is simple but clean.

Helpful reception staff and also bar staff who explained the menu options very well. Only stayed one night but no complaints. Nice breakfast too

A overnightstop and the hotel was great for that Staff were very helpful and accommodating and the meals were great . Very good complimentary breakfast

2 mins from TGV but nothing else in the area. So go when you’re ready to chill. But nice, clean n well managed. I would stay there any time to return a car n jump on the train.

It was a good place to stay before starting our journey south.

This is a comfortable hotel next to Valence and Romans. It is easy to access, big parking and it has a little restaurant.
