It’s ok

If I am going to share my room I prefer it to be with someone I choose. Spiders, earwigs, mosquitoes and various other forms of wildlife are generally not welcome. That being said I did have 20 minutes of fun chasing the mosquitoes and other unidentified flying creatures into the webs of the spiders. We all have to eat. This reminds me of some of the truckers motels one finds along the freeways of the US. Old, and on the verge of abandoned, it masquerades as a hotel in the heart of the services zone across from the plant hire shop and up the road from the gendarmerie and fire station. Security is poor with people from surrounding properties wandering around and wide open to the road. I slept well but the shower was pathetic. One of those stand in the bath hoses from the 1970's with a broken plastic holder. I didn't try the breakfast. I hadn't the heart.

Great location and friendly staff

Nothing in Vicinity. Arrived on a Sunday and restaurant and bar closed. WIFI was so slow to use it was like dial up. Don't stay here if you are on business and require a fast, reliable internet connection

I was really happy with my stay of 9 days at the Kyriad. It was within a mile of the school where my students were participating in an exchange. It’s also close to the Carrefour supermarket and pharmacy. The breakfast buffet was delicious, as was the appetizer buffet. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room, while basic, was very comfortable. I will probably stay there again.

Fine for a one night stay

A great welcome greeted us on arrival. Staff member Sabah was attentive and assisted us so very well with our accommodation and tourism needs. An enjoyable stay was experienced.

The signage to the hotel was NOT CLEAR having come off the motorway and having turned towards BELLGUARD it took us three or four circuits of the town to find that the hotel IS NOT in the town BUT within 1.5 Klms. of the motorway junction!!!!

I was en route to Switzerland and it was a most convenient place to stay.

Great difficulty finding it as the sat nav would not recognise location. Locals didn't know it and the road signage giving directions is misleading. Hotel staff not bothered when we raised this issue

Average hotel - average location - not our favourite town

There was no bar to have a drink, sport was limited on the satellite channels. Receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Hotel frequented by trade and business people, likely needing to be in the immediate area (hotel is in a trade park/commercial zone). crappy wifi, worn and sticky floor, small, etc. Better rooms are available for this price in nicer locations.

Too small room, mold in bathroom, hole in bathroom wall, noisy road, not close to town but nice paths to walk on behind hotel.
