Chambre réservée en catégorie supérieure lit double mais obtenu 2 petits lits et une porte communicante à travers laquelle beaucoup de bruit du voisinage. Tous les matins réveillé par les poubelles à 5h. Pas très reposant...On appelle le SPA de la chambre mais ca ne répond pas. Il n'y a que 2 cintres, j'appelle la réception : il faut que je descende pour en récupérer d'autres; 30 minutes pour sortir la facture le matin (nouveau logiciel)...pas de sonnette au portail pour sortir...

Le personnel du bar et du restaurant était top, très serviable! Le buffet diner était très bon, petit-déjeunerégalement.
Le spa (sauna, hammam, bain japonais) est magnifique et ressourçant.
Par contre, trop de fausses notes pour un hôtel de ce standing : chambre pas propre (traces sur la moquette, sur les murs) , lampes cassées, tv qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de restauration à la carte ni de room service contrairement à ce qui nous avait été dit à notre arrivée.

Douche bouchée et impossible de se doucher le soir ..personne pour régler le pbm avant le lendemain dc pas de douche possible le soir plus un accueil le matin inacceptable car le personnel ne sait pas excuser mais a tout mis sur le dos de la personne en charge le soir.
Pbm récurent selon les clients croisés au petit déjeuner.
Le monsieur en charge de l accueil du matin était condescendant et ns a pris de haut…
Un zéro pour le personnel et hôtel à éviter ..un hôtel spa qui ne gère pas le débouchage de ses douches c est du jamais vu..

Attention au parking sous terrain, j ai abîmé le coffre de ma voiture car une partie du parking présente des poutres en béton plus basses à certains endroits et il n y’a pas d’indication ! Je l ai signalé à la réception, je devais être contacté par un manager mais rien n a été fait. J aimerais être recontacté pour faire une réclamation.
Le check in était ok. La chambre présentait une odeur d humidité en provenance de l évacuation de la douche. La climatisation n était pas assez performante, il a fait plus de 25 degrés dans la chambre mes 2 premières nuits. Petit déjeuner copieux et qualitatif, salle de fitness, spa, piscine au top ! Personnel agréable.

Booked a room with spa access at the 'spa hotel'. Was dissappoinyed to find that the spa doesnt open until 11am so i was unable to use it. Despite the information in the room saying it was open from 0600-2300. I asked for a reduction in the cost becauee of this however it wss declined becauee 'you booked voa expedia'. What kind of an excuse is that... it is pathetic really. If expedia didnt exist i wouldnt have even been aware of the hotel and the revenue of the hotel would be significantly less. Coffee machine in the room was broken. Spewed coffee everywhere. I informed the reception and requested the room to be cleaned. Nothing was cleaned. No water in the 30 degree hot room. No water in the 30 degree gym. Aas informed i could park underground however on my return the shutters were down and didnt open so i had to reverse up the ramp. Basically every element of the stay was a disaster.

Says that the employees speak English…we tried to ask for laundry services and the employee started to look up what we were saying on her cell phone. We asked for ice a couple times and she had no idea what we were saying so we went to the bar to ask. We were there on the weekend so maybe the English speaking employees only work during the week. Overall a nice stay.
