This was an amazing hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very clean, large with a lovely view on the deck of the gardens. The breakfast was also worth paying for. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. Best hotel we have stayed in so far during our France visit.

Los 2 chicos de recepcion son MARAVILLOSOS!! Nos ayudaron en todo a pesar de no saber nada de frances y poco ingles. Atentos y amables a tope!

En general bastante bien aunque tuvimos que limpiar la taza del inodoro, al levantar la tapa estaba manchado de orina.
La ducha tarda en salir el agua caliente y hay que tener precaución de no abrir totalmente el grifo, de lo contrario se sale toda el agua fuera.
El desayuno fue abundante y completo.

Chambre salle, pas de nettoyage de la chambre pendant notre séjour (malgré la pancarte laissée à la porte), un bruit constant de vmc dans la chambre, l’eau chaude met 10 min à venir et pas de pression dans la douche, demande d’un lit double nous avons eu deux lits simples collés l’un à l’autre avec des draps déchirés. Cet hôtel mérite seulement 2 étoiles… et encore

chambre surface bien manque un siège ,salle de bain manque un douche ; l'hotel est en travaux , d'accord mais lorsque les chambres sont mis a disposition ,la propreté doit ètre présente ce n'est pas le cas dans les wc .

Un véritable scandale! Arrivés à 18h, chambres pas prêtes, lit à refaire par nous même, propreté limite, cendrier non vidé, personnel débordé. Restaurant le soir avec 2 personnes seulement, non qualifiés, courant partout mais brassant surtout de l’air…. Nous sommes partis dîner ailleurs! Dieu merci! Enfin le petit dej… ah le petit dej : a 8h30 un samedi il n’y a plus rien, les machines à café en panne, une seule serveuse au bar pour faire tous les cafés mais qui n’a plus de tasse! La machine à jus d’orange qui les sort chauds, plus aucune assiette propre, bref une blague !! Fuyez cet hôtel !

Pour le service de restauration, le serveur ne connaissait pas son métier : avons dû lui répondre deux fois lors de la prise du menu.
Nous dépose notre choix en vin directement sur la table bouteille déjà ouverte, pas de présentation de la bouteille, n'a pas fait goûter. Pour le service des plats, c'était à nous de prendre les assiettes car il n'avait pas la classe de venir les déposer.
Bref un très mauvais service.
Le responsable devrait mieux observer le comportement de ses serveurs.

Batiment vieillot et déco à revoir. On ne peux prendre un bain car pas de bouchon pour le siphon du coup douche; Autant mettre une douche à l'italienne . J'ai du demandé à la réception une serviette de bain ,un tapis de bain,et la boite de mouchoir que le personnel m'a donné de suite .... sinon taille de la chambre très bien, la terrasse très agréable et le restaurant très bon,

Hotel mal aprovechado. Situación inmejorable, instalaciones buenas pero mal explotadas. Muy bien integrado en el entorno. El personal no habla nada más que Francés y parece (con tosos mis respetos) que sean todos aprendices del oficio... con detalles como que no saben donde estan las cosas en el comedor o como se hace para activar el cargador del coche... entre otras. Muy voluntariosos, pero el hotel mal gestionado.

L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre impeccable et la piscine magnifique. L’offre de restaurant est plus qu’ordinaire. Le « steak frites » c’est du bœuf haché. Le burger au bleu… sans bleu. Le déjeuner à 13€ très ordinaire. Malheureusement, le personnel semble démuni face à la moindre question.
