Just one of the hotels. Nothing special! Not sure this hotel should be rated as 5 star hotel! I stayed in 5 star hotels but this one is far away from it.
Restaurant next to the reception is far from 5 star hotel. Tables are dirty, no table cloth. When they bring you new dining set waiters just drop your fork and knife on a dirty table with bare hands.
Huge downside is that this hotel doesn’t have lobby. There is one sofa next to the reception where, if you are lucky that it is not occupied, you can sit if need to wait for something.

It is a shame that such a hotel charges extra (25€) for a 60min sauna (you need to book an appointment), which should be included, when you promote yourself as a Hotel & Spa - with 5 stars and the corresponding price. Also the breakfast was not included and 34€ is quite a price if you only want a tea and some fruits.

This property was absolute perfection! We visited while in Strasbourg for the Christmas Markets. Rooms were excellent, staff was amazing, breakfast was perfect and the small restaurant/bar in the lobby was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone!

We stayed here right after christmas since it's close to the main christmas market and it's suppose to be a 5 start hotel. In reality, it's 4 stars at best. They have a checkin time of 4pm, which is later than anywhere I've ever stayed at. We checked in promptly at 4 and was told that because a 'marriot member' decided to have a late checkout, my room was not ready. We finally got into our room at 4:45, after sundown. They brought our luggate to our room, but the person that brought the luggage didn't even knock. He just let himself in and shoved the luggage through the door. The room itself was fine. Nothing to write home about. The have a pool/spa, but if you want to use it, you'll have to pay by the hour or day, even if you're a hotel guest, which is ridiculous. If the prices were a bit lower I'd be more inclined to forgive them, but for what we paid, I was expecting better service and amenities. If I ever go back to Strasbourg, I'll definitely stay somewhere else.

Very disappointing. 1) no notice given that we couldn’t drive to the property, ended up driving around for 45 minutes trying to find an open road and then told we had to park a 15 minute walk away (should have received an email), 2) we called for an extra blanket and pillow and this $700 hotel room stayed “sorry, we are booked and we have no blankets or pillows, 3) at breakfast, they never brought us coffee after asking 3x, 4) asked concierge one question about finding a French baked good we liked and was treated with a “that’s not a good enough question for me”. All this and I’m a Marriott Titanium Elite member.

I keep seeing that this is a 5 star hotel, and no offense to them but it’s definitely not. It’s a decent autograph Marriott. I spent an exorbitant amount for a very tiny room, which I chalked up to it being a 5 star. But turns out I got absolutely gouged on the price because of the Christmas season. However my biggest problem is I left something behind and they won’t respond to let me know if they found it. And the pictures catfish ya a bit. If you look out your window and to the right it’s the bright neon sign of the cinema. Not quite as charming as the main photo. Oh and it’s directly above the tram line. This is good and bad I guess.

Hot water limited. Room temp not contollable. Paper thin walls with a screamer next door. Bed mattress/topper not properly affixed and not fixed when requested. On positive side, friendly staff, good concierge, clean, great location and room and bath were well appointed. Not enough to get me back there. Sorry.

Location of property was ideal. Rooms where comfortable and well
Appointed.
Although the windows were closed we had an issue with oder in the room
coming from the restaurant below.
We changed rooms the 2nd night of our stay. However since it was on the
Same side of the restaurant the older still was present in the room.
