Good Location and helpful staff. Had to switch rooms due to missing a curtain which was easy to do. Rooms could do with a refurb though

Very basic, outdated damaged furniture, unpleasant smell in the bathroom, room too small and poly for four people, very basic breakfast, very limited food options. You would do better staying somewhere else

The elevator was not working and we had to use stairs for 3 leves with the luggage; nobody helped me to do so.

This is a very basic 3 star hotel, the rooms were fine and quite clean. The floors were dirty, it was not smelling well, the elevators not working... For one night it was a good option with a family as the rooms are large. We got an apartment for a reasonable price.

close to Cholet downtown (10 to 15 mins walk), the hotel is good but some renovations would help otherwise is a good option to stay in Cholet.

Excellent value for a clean room of decent size and also for breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is also a great creperie restaurant just next door (see photo). We’ll stay here again!

Clean hotel, 10 min walk to the main square. Comfortable bed and good shower/toilet. Toilet paper provided was below standards (small pieces of paper from dispenser). Parking is available behind the hotel and/or underground. Hotel is fine overall.

We used the hotel as an overnight stopover. Great facilities in the room and very clean. Breakfast was lovely. The WiFi wasn’t brilliant but you could get a good reception for mobile data still. Staff were friendly and helpful and were able to speak English which was a bonus.

Basic yet very comfortable. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Staff spoke limited English but enough to pose no issues when helping to book a taxi on a day the country went on strike.

Very disappointing and uncomfortable 3 night stay. We arrived in the evening after a long drive, and the air conditioning did not work in a stiflingly hot room. After alerting the lady at reception, we were told to wait 10 minutes and she would try and adjust the central controls (nonsense as there are no central controls). Then when that had no effect I went back and she said something about a technician checking. My husband and I were not prepared to wait any longer to cool down and insisted we change rooms, to which the lady asked if we had used the toilet or towels in the original room (!!!!????) We finally got tranferred to a new room on an upper floor. After initially appearing to work (some noise this time when air con unit was switched on), it became apparent that this one wasn't functioning either. We spent 3 uncomfortable and sweaty nights in the height of summer, unable to cool down or sleep well, as needed to leave window open to get air (room faced busy street). Even the hotel bar did not serve wine (unbelievable to be told there was no wine, considering it is a wine producing area). When I checked out, I asked to be contacted by a manager so I could discuss my utter dissatisfaction about the state of the air-conditioning and discomfort for hotel guests in the height of summer. 6 days has passed and there has been no contact. Disappointing hotel with complete lack of concern for customer comfort or welfare.

Perfect hotel for short visit to Puy du Fou

Hotels.com information clearly states the 54 rooms open onto a fully furnished balcony and that there is a shower with separate bath and bidet. This was not the case. We got NO balcony and NO bath or bidet. Because the hotel was full, we could not be moved. In effect, we paid 25 euros extra for a balcony and a bathtub to relax after a long hard drive, which we did not get. Shabby!
