Easy check in. Able to leave luggage before travel. Clean. Very convenient for Paris and Disneyland.

Fantastic Venue, Breakfast was a really nice place to be with great food. Bar and bowling alley were great. Free shuttle service to local station was really good and staff were really helpful. Bed was super comfy.

Very disappointed in this hotel. It promotes having family friendly activities but ensure you read the fine print. There are extra costs to everything. We there are limited hours families/kids are allowed in the pool, and the restaurant seems to only open in the late evening (after 7pm). This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone with children. Also we ran out of hot water and had issues with our television, for the local hotel it claims to be, we had better luck at best western.

Quick stay between travelling. Perfect

Couldn’t fault the hotel as a whole although the breakfast spread wasn’t as fresh as I’d liked and don’t understand the no swimming shorts rule for the pool

Rooms looked a little tired, lack of plug outlets, carpet worn out and our room had had a patch of carpet cut out and swapped which looked poor, lack of good quality tea/coffee making facilities. Spa does not have a jacuzzi which surprised us.

Really good service from the front of desk team. Comfortable and quiet room.

Helpful staff, great location for Disneyland. Pool doesn’t allow children in the evening… great for adults, kids could have done with a swim when we arrived but no great shakes. There is a pool and bowling lanes as part of the complex which was fun

12mins away from Disneyland Paris, Excellent duplex room for families, fridge, kettle, stove, large clean rooms, great shower and easy parking. Staff helpful, excellent Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel, plus spa and bowling alley, (which we didn’t use). Perfect for a stay during a visit to Disney. Also very close to supermarket, bakeries and petrol station to get all you need prior to visiting Disney. Because the food at the resort was poor!

Lovely clean hotel with helpful staff - safe car park and plenty of facilities at the hotel - we will definitely return!

Great location for Disneyland and the train into Paris, easy to drive to, very friendly staff - will use again.

Nothing unique about this property, absolute disaster, everything falling apart eg broken hand wash, broken tissue holder, plugs coming out from wall. The heater wasn't adequate for the room size, and then it broke (the hotel did provide an electric heater and offer us the chance to swap rooms on our last night) Also the cooker provided didn't work but even if it did no saucepans or utensils were provided. The location was perfect for us and the staff were nice and friendly.

Stay was very nice. Rooms were spacious and perfect for family of 4. Staff very friendly. Only problem was building work going on at hotel otherwise all good

From the beginning of our stay, our hotel room smelt of cigarettes. I tried to fix this by using a spray but I cannot get rid of the smell. Further to this, of a morning at 8:30am, we were woken up by drilling coming from a neighbouring room to ours. This is far too early to be doing work whilst people are trying to have a holiday at the hotel. I am not sure why we were given a room neighbouring the work being done, rather than far away. Also none of the workmen onsite are wearing a face covering, despite all guest having to wear one. This is not acceptable as you should be doing your best to keep your guests safe. My girlfriend is pregnant, and so not being exposed to coronavirus is extremely important. On top of this, your swimming pool and spa are not working, despite an email received from you stating "Le spa/centre de bien-être sera inaccessible jusqu'au 15 AOUT 2021” and also "ATTENTION, LA PISCINE SERA INACCESSIBLE JUSQU AU'15 AOUT 2021”. It does not state that either the spa or the pool should still be closed. We were not notified of this. Furthermore, workmen have knocked on our door twice of a morning, despite a sign saying do not disturb. Once again, not wearing a face covering, and it seemed that if I had not answered the door, they would have entered using a key they had in their hand. Nobody should be entering our hotel room, especially when there is a sign on the door stating “do not disturb”.
