Pepper & Paper Apartments

We loved our stay at Pepper and Paper apartments. It was very clean and close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back!

The location is excellent and easy to get around on both the subway and buses. The area around the hotel is cute and has everything you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I found odd was having to take our garbage and recycling to the basement before we left. However, I would definitely stay here again. Lots of room for our family of 4.

The place is clean and in a great location. They have an area right outside where my daughter could play with other kids. The staff were very nice and helpful. No complaints. I would highly recommend

Fabulous place, we booked last minute due to our train being canceled. I could not have booked a better place if I had spent weeks researching. I loved the apartment, the local neighborhood, and the wonderful café and bakery down the road. I really want to come back here again for a longer planned stay.

10/10, This place truly made our Paris trip one to remember. Absolutely fantastic service from Noah and Stephanie who were super friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality was amazing, looked after us and helped us with the area. They deserve credit for our making the experience so good. They are the reason why we will 100% return ONLY to this place in Paris. Room was clean, modern and well presented. We were lucky enough to have direct access to a beautiful garden. Not to mention great value for money. Location is excellent! shops,food,easy transport links. I hope this review helps as i couldn’t recommend this place more.

Excellent apartment to stay for a family vacation in Patis. The place was exceptionally clean and close to restaurants and metro service. The Concierge staff was amazing, their customer service was exceptional, they made our stay in Paris memorable.

Loved the area and the hotel. Amazing value Highly recommend! We felt very comfortable. Travelled with our toddler. Had everything we could need in and around the hotel. Grocery and dep at the corner. Charming street nearby with tons of restaurants, cafes, cheese shops and bakeries.

Due to weather threats during our stay we needed to extend our stay 2 extra nights while we changed our 2.5-week itinerary to avoid TS Kirk. So, we ended up staying in 3 different rooms at the property! First four nights was in the 1-bdroom, then we stayed in 2 studios. The staff was incredibly helpful and arranging our changes and made it easy. In all 3 rooms, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms are top notch. We used the shared laundry, which was easy after you translated to English (lol). The kitchen in the 1 bdrm was a full, gourmet kitchen. The studio kitchens were kitchenettes but had everything we needed. This is in the southwest Arr 5 and was a fantastic place to stay. We got lucky with the location. The local area had everything needed and the crowds were minimal. It felt very local yet just a few blocks away was the LuxGardens and Pantheon (and were Emily lived and her boyfriend owned the restaurant). But what we loved the most was the market and restaurants on Rue Mouffetard just 3 blocks away. We had such as nice time! We were glad we left before the storm and flooding and went to Sorrento, but we wil be back and will stay at P&P for sure!

From check in to check out, the stay was amazing. Easy to get to via public transit from the airport. We arrived early, so they stored our luggage for us while we killed time. Room was clean & comfortable with everything we needed. So convenient to have the washing machine available, just make sure you plan ahead bc there isn’t a dryer. I think that’s pretty common though. Did not get to use the patio due to the weather, but it was a nice touch. Safe area. The across the street neighbors are an elementary school. I know some people didn’t like having to turn the key in every time you leave, but it keeps me from locking myself out. All of the staff were phenomenal. Anytime we had a need or question, they were there. We even needed a telehealth visit & they recommended a service. The next day when I saw the employee who made the recommendation, he asked after my husband. On day of checkout, my husband stayed at the hotel while my daughter and I did one last tour. While sitting in the lobby waiting for us to get back, Jeremy noticed that he wasn’t feeling well & made him a cup of tea. Possibly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris -largely because of this apartment. The space was comfortable, clean, good AC and a good shower, with comfortable beds and a backyard. Great 24/7 service and in the best neighborhood to explore the Latin Quarter. Will only stay here when returning to Paris

This was a very nice, clearly high end stay in Paris. The front desk staff were so pleasant and helpful. The air conditioning was great after a day of hot weather. It’s on a nice side street with no cars allowed and the grocery store is about 30 seconds away. I would definitely recommend Pepper and Paper if you’re staying in Paris

We had a phenomenal experience staying at Pepper & Paper! The staff are amazing - everyone was very welcoming and also generous with their recommendations about what to do and where to eat in the area (ask them where to find the best Paris-Brest :). The room was perfect. Very clean, quiet, and it had everything we needed. I cannot recommend highly enough - stay here! We will definitely be staying here again and again.

Excellently located in the heart of the Latin Quarter near Rue Mouffetard’s markets, local cafes, eateries, close to Censier-Daubenton metro, and a short walk to Port Royal for RER. Property is in reasonably good condition, and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite on floor 2, which had a nice well lit living room & a well-appointed kitchen, which also included a washer/dryer. The only drawback to our room was that the safe was not bolted down. The schedule for room cleaning service was opaque, but it didn’t really bother us. The room was cleaned a couple of times during our week long stay. We were really happy with our choice of location for the stay; the space, facilities & location made it worthwhile.

Great stay for a family of 4. Lots of room and very clean. Staff was always around and very friendly and helpful. Grocery store just next door was also very convenient. 5 minute walk to the main commercial street in Latin Quarter.

The apartment was spacious, located in a residential in central Paris, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Unfortunately customer service was quite poor. First of all, none of the front desk staff( except for one gentleman in the morning) can even muster a basic hello or smile. I would have been ok not to interact, but they require us to drop off the room key every time we leave and pick it up from them at return. Which to me felt insecure and unnecessary. At check-in, I was given a paper checklist to validate the number of plates and cups was correctly available in the suite. Almost all the items had incorrect count. They also said I must wash all the dishes, and bring all the garbage down to level -1(a dark hidden room underground) before checking out or I would be charged a fee. For the high nightly cost of this apartment I was astounded that I had to do my own housekeeping!! Upon arrival to my unit, I found the trashcan full of garbage, and a written note on the counter welcoming a different family (not mine)! I had to go ask the front desk staff to ensure this is my room, he said yes and only removed the garbage grudgingly (and left the written note there). There is no housekeeping unless you stay for 7 nights, so be sure to bring your own toilet paper and tissues as none of these supplies are adequately provided. This would have been a great stay if the hotel can improve their basic customer service.
