Easy to get to from the airport using tan public transport

Bus to Neustrie, tram to pirmil and then bus to savarieres(c9) followed by a ten minute walk

The only reason I chose this hotel was because it said on Expedia page that they can arrange for a pickup at Nantes Airport. However I tried contacting the hotel to arrange for pickup, I sent in email three times, no reply. So sent in fax two times, no reply. I called few times but nobody is picking up the phone (it's got a message in French, which I don't understand.) Finally I had a friend call them from Spain, and he got to talk to someone only to find out that they don't do any pickup at airport. So what was that comment on Expedia all about??? It could have been any other hotel, hopefully nearer, if they don't have airport pickup service. They should not post that they have airport pickup if they don't. Or is it Expedia side problem? Very disappointed; but otherwise, the hotel and room itself was OK for the price.

Good value motel for overnight stay on journey to south of France. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Very convenient to motorway. Inevitable traffic noise, but nevertheless good value for the price - and adequate facilities if only staying overnight.

Nous avons passé la nuit du 29 mars et p.dejeuner du 30 à l'hôtel 1er classe st Sébastien/Nantes. Notre avis n'est pas incriminant. Bon accueil , bémols sont : quelques petites bêtes MORTES derrière le rideau de douche et le second est le confort du MATELAS de la chambre n8. Mon épouse et moi nous retrouvions au milieu du lit. A VOIR LE REMPLACEMENT DU MATELAS.
Comme je l'ai déjà spécifié : UN BON ACCUEIL ET LE BUFFET DU P.DEJEUNER TRES COMPLET ET BON.
DONC : PAS ''UNE AFFAIRE D''ETAT'' MAIS UN EFFORT CONCERNANT CES 2 POINTS.

Quelques toile d’araignée au plafond , joint porte entrée abimé mouillé. Aussi dur instruction particulière j’avais demander un fer à repasser qui soit mis à disposition ce qui n’étais pas le cas .

Hotel tout à fait convenable pour le prix. Juste une remarque : je suis revenu à ma chambre (en rez de chaussée) un midi, la porte était grande ouverte, le ménage venait à priori d'être fait et personne n'était aux alentours alors que toutes mes affaires étaient à l'intérieur. J'ai attendu 2 minutes et je n'ai vu aucun personnel de ménage. de plus je n'ai pas eu ce jour là de serviette de toilettes. A part cette mésaventure tout s'est bien passé. Accueil sympathique, réception rapide.

Après avoir reçu un mail l'après-midi de l'arrivée pour prévenir que si on arrivait après 21h on devait les appeler par téléphone, étant à l'étranger j'ai essayer de les contacter via leur site et leur application. Impossible !!
À l'atterrissage de notre avion à 23h, j'ai essayé de les appeler 2 fois et envoyé des SMS et messages sur leur application/ site. Aucune nouvelles . Or, j'ai recu une notification de leur site me disant que les messages étaient transmis et que j'allais recevoir un retour par e-mail.
Après les tentatives d'appel sans réponse on a pris la décision avec mon conjoint de faire la route pour notre domicile à 1h30 de route.
Depuis nos tentatives de communication hier soir, nous n'avons toujours pas de nouvelles de leur part .

La chambre est très mal insonorisée, on entend les voitures qui passent à l'extérieur. Des personnes rentrent tard, passent devant la porte et même en faisant attention, on les entend.
Le matelas est pas très confortable.
La chambre est exiguë.
Le rapport qualité prix reste correct dans l'ensemble. Je ne prendrai plus ce genre d'hôtel.
