Motel-style property. The room was fine and clean, shower ok. Good parking. Like all motel rooms I’ve experienced - it is very dark in the room, with only bedside lights. If you are visiting Futuroscope and want to stay for the evening show, this is a great cheap pick to stay overnight. If you’re staying for a few nights you might want somewhere higher end like a real hotel. Note it is a 25min walk to the Futuroscope gates, well signposted. Alternatively you can drive and park at Futuroscope.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bedroom was basic, but clean and well maintained. The reception was welcoming and all the staff were well presented and friendly. Breakfast was good with quality products.
The hotel is easy to find and is close to the theme park
Futuroscope. There could be a problem getting in and out of the bath to use the shower because there are no grab bars to help and when using the shower it is slippery when using shower gel/soap. Take care.

Really nice stay, 15 min walk from futuroscope. All the staff was lovely. The room was simple, but clean. When there was an issue with the room the second night, we were moved straight away, no questions asked. Breakfast was good.
