I loved this hotel stay! The hotel is very well designed, and I stayed for 5 nights. The room was very clean and the perfect size for a couple or solo traveler. The staff provided remarkable service, and the location is fantastic—surrounded by shops and plenty of food options. I never made it down to breakfast, but I’m sure it was spectacular. As a female solo traveler, I felt totally safe—even when leaving the hotel at odd hours of the day and night. The area is very secure, and Ubers were super easy to get. I truly felt right at home. A highlight of my stay was the pâtisserie on the corner, La Pompadour. From the baguette sandwiches to the pastries, everything was delicious every time I visited. This will definitely be my favorite place to stay in Paris!

A great find. Easily walkable to all the landmarks. We had the family room. A very spacious room with a big shower and 2 large beds. We didn’t have breakfast but loads of places around us to eat. Highly recommended !

Nice hotel located in a quiet neighborhood but not far from subway stations. Room is clean and in good conditions. Staff is friendly. Would recommend!

Very convenient walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Rooms can be quite small. Our last visit we had a more spacious room. Staff friendly and efficient.

I like XO Paris, the hotel is clean, the staff is courteous and friendly. The breakfast was really good. The staff spoke pretty good English and were good with directions and suggestions. Overall I like the hotel, the staff, the location, the cleanliness and the atmosphere. I’d come back again if I’m in Paris. The only minor issue I’ve had was the room is a bit small for us. I’d prefer a bigger room so I could move around freely. Nevertheless it’s a great place for a few days. We are in Spain now. Hopefully we will get the same treatment there too.

Staffing was terrible. We paid for 3 night and front desk asked me to leave on the 2nd night because we don’t speak French. If we don’t she threaten us to call police. We asked for refund for the last night and she refused.
