This is one of the most amazing places I have stayed in. At last the future of hotels has been created! Let's first mention the amazing room we had. Touch paneps to control the lighting, music and even the mood of the room. Massive TV. massive bed. Amazing shower. Outside the room the moody hallways are already creating this fun but relaxing mood with dark walls. The common areas boast plenty of seating for big groups, fire places, piano, drum set, board games, meeting areas with screens, even privacy boxes for phone calls. The location is fantastic as well, with short walking distance to about everything. And lastly the staff are super nice, friendly and helpful, and not just coz they have to be, but they seem like they really want to be there.
Amazing place and I will look out for more of their branches in the future.

Energy efficient, modern style, relaxed setting hotel . You are free to play guitar, and cook in their kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una spaziosa camera famigliare per quattro persone, dotata di un ampio bagno con doppio lavello e una TV con canali internazionali, inclusi quelli Rai. La pulizia è stata impeccabile. La struttura offre anche ottimi servizi, come palestra e lavanderia. Super consigliato!

positives : rooms are big , rooms clean, big bed and everything is new.
negatives:
- staff were not well trained. Couldnt order a drink at the bar properly.
-one day the room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced e.t.c So came downstairs to get more towels e.t.c.
- they have instruments downstairs you can play on with an amp. However people can play these at any hour and unfortunately our room is not sound proofed on the first floor. So we heard music coming from the ground floor constantly. The hotel staff had told me on the first day that they would only use the headphones past 10pm . So then the music had stopped for 1 night but continued again with the amplfier the next night. Sort of gave up with going to the hotel staff.

L’hôtel est bien situé et le Check in s’est très bien passé. On peut se garer gratuitement sur le boulevard pas loin de l’hôtel. La chambre était super et la terrasse avec une belle vue sur la ville.
Mais c’est un peu dommage, il n’y a ni cafetière, ni bouilloire, ni coffre fort, ni mini bar ou bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. Sinon, il y a eu apparemment un problème de réseau durant notre séjour, donc on devait toujours chercher quelqu’un à la réception pour lui demander de nous appeler l’ascenseur.
Mais globalement , on est satisfaits de notre séjour.

Hôtel atypique. Personnel d'accueil très jeune et très agréable. La chambre surprend par son côté très moderne. La douche à l'italienne est très agréable. Le seul hic : l'isolation phonique sur la rue n'est pas assez importante surtout pour un hôtel qui se situe en face d'une boîte de nuit. Les espaces communs de coworking et les lieux de vie proposés sont très agréables et fonctionnels.

Bonne situation de l'hôtel mais c'est tout. Pas de parking donc on paye une blinde le parking dans la rue (bienvenue à Deauville). Les chambres sont propres mais une très forte odeur d'égout (sulfure d'hydrogène facilement reconnaissable pour ceux qui ont déjà eu des problèmes de ventilation de fosse sceptique) envahit la salle de bain. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées donc vous allez entendre les gros pinpins parisiens avec leur Porsche de location faire des burn dans la rue

2eme passage dans ce hôtel.
Déçu par rapport a ma prmeeire visite.
Deja j'ai payé plus cher que la prmeeire fois, mais cest normal cest de la haute saison.
Mais à ce prix la on espère passer une nuit reposante. Loupé
, entre le bruit du couloir avec la musique de l'hôtel qui passe non stop toute la nuit, le bruit des voisins et celui de la rue, la nuit fut mediocre. Dommage car le lit est tres confortable.
Réception correcte sans plus, adaptée pour la partie dortoirs de leur offre hôtelière, moins pour une chambre a plus de 200 euros la nuit.
