Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. For contactless check-in from 3:00 PM onwards, you will need the code for the key box. We will send you this code via message. The key box is located in the courtyard at the back, directly next to the hotel entrance door. The key is also compatible with the hotel entrance door.
