Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Very clean and beds were comfy. My daughter got sick while we were there, after Dr hours, and the owner called the local pharmacy and helped us with some homeopathic remedies to help. They called a taxi for us in the morning, and were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was amazing, as was the restaurant. Delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area, it was top notch.

Property and rooms were great. Staff friendly. Breakfast very well laid out. Convenient location for shops, food and bars.
Lovely little village and the Blautopf has to be worth the 5 minute walk.
Only downside - I am sure Europe regulations had stopped smoking inside bars. The hotel bar was thick with smoke and people were lighting up constantly. Reminded me of Germany in the 90s.

Have stayed there a couple of times per year and the service is great. Stayed in the new part of the Hotel which was very nice .Breakfast was always great,management is very friendly and accommodating.Parking is a little tight but no problem.

The hotel staff dead friendly.
The hotel itself - the room we had was ok although very dated.
The breakfast/dining area Is modern and breakfast was great.
Stopped here as passing through on way to somewhere else but great little place to stop for a night.
Had the most amazing food in the Hotel Zum Lowen so defo worth a trip there for evening meal :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. Late check in. Restaurant and bar... we enjoyed having a local beer and glass of wine. Great breakfast was included the next morning...good coffee- typical euro bfast of meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, fresh brotchen, fruits, cereal. Does smell a little smoky on the 1st floor. Rooms are REALLY nice. Nice linens, plenty of towels.

I loved this little town so much the hotel wouldn't have had to be wonderful and I still would have been happy, but the hotel was really charming and wonderful too! Great bed, fast wifi, nice shower, quiet and clean, and good breakfast too! No complaints!
