Great location of this hotel. Just next door to the bus terminal and super close to Ubahn and Sbahn. Food places close by and grocery store not too far away. Clean and spacious room.

Great stay. We were very surprised about breakfast upgrade! Beautiful view around Berlin from 8th floor! Breakfast selection is amazing! Very upscale! Front desk representative ULIA was absolutely amazing! Very helpful! Very pleased with service and again breakfast atmosphere was great!

Hotel is a bit grubby. The room has loads of marks on the walls that could easily be cleaned off. There was a banana peel on the window sill that had clearly been there for ages. The most insane thing was that there was only one plug in the whole room and just an extension lead for 3 people which meant we had about 5 things plugged into one place which is definitely a fire hazard. Also the mattresses were v thin and came off the bed and you had to keep putting them back. Finally the hairdryer would work for 30 seconds then overheat and stop working

This hotel has an excellent location, near most of the transportation and easy to walk around. The room service cleaned everyday while my family and i were out.

Right next to Berlin bus station. S and U bahn are nearby so we bought 24 hour tickets to spend some time in the city for food and sightseeing.
