Saya tidak pernah ada masalah mengunakan aplikasi online kemanapun yang saya gunakan untuk pemesanan hotel dimanapun di Asia atau eropa. Tapi baru kali ini saya check-in di hotel ini menunggu 1 jam, walaupun saya telah memperlihatkan print out kertas nomor pemesanan hotel online maupun melalui handphone bukti pemesanan kepada resepsionis. Saya bilang, saya selalu mengunakan aplikasi ini untuk pemesanan hotel kemanapun saya pergi tapi tidak pernah bermasalah dan saya sudah membayarnya. Resepsionis bilang menarik tidak ada informasi apapun pemesanan online hotel di sini. Sambil terus mengecek, resepsionis terlihat sangat gugup, akhirnya resepsionis menyuruh saya untuk mengirim email hasil pemesanan, dan menyuruh suami saya menulis data pemesanan kembali, untuk pemesanan hotel. Setelah saya mengirim email ulang resepsionis baru melihat jelas ada pemesanan hotel, menurut saya sangat aneh saya telah memberikan print kertas pemesanan hotel serta hasil pemesanan hotel saya tapi tidak terlihat. Tapi sejauh ini menginap di hotel ini sesuai dengan permintaan pesanan, hanya saja kamarnya sedikit hangat walau sudah di kecilkan suhunya dan untuk parkir mobil terlalu jauh.

The place is very comfortable like a hotel even though it was only looking for hostels but the price is almost the same but the room quality is much better. Unfortunately, it is a bit far from Bangres Dresden Haup (Dresden Central Station) but it can still be reached on foot.
