We arrived at the hotel around 10pm. We were tired and cold, but as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest receptionist named Yaiza (if I wrote her name correct). She was really helpful, professional and very courteous. She made sure that everything was fine with our stay. She made our stay very pleasant. THANK YOU! Great room was very clean and nice size bed. Tatiana at front desk most kind and helpful. Very good location. Easy walk or bus ride from train station. Very clean and comfortable. We were disappointed the fitness room did not have any weights. Would stay again!

The standard room in the second floor with an ugly view to fans on a roof was with almost 240 € totally overpriced. The room is low outdated standard in an old concrete building. The breakfast was great, the personnel very friendly. In addition at the reception for checking in and our just one (friendly and professional) person.

I booked a superior room at a higher price but the room was very average. I stayed for three nights and the room was not cleaned properly each day. However, the worst part of my stay was the Internet that just did not work. I complained about it to the reception and was on the IT support call for like half an hour who could not solve the issue. I end up using my mobile phone's Hotspot during my entire stay. Staying for three nights in a hotel without Internet when you are on a business trip was a horrible experience.
