Surprised than room cleans one in3 days Balcony is fine, but no room service, no kini bar is not! At all

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay but the bathroom light and some electrical outlets around the bed were not working in my room. Other than that I had no problems with my stay. The inclusion of water faucets with filtered water around the hotel was a great touch.

Lots of litter and un housed people living and sleeping in the street. They used the hotel benches to sit on all day was panhandled 2 Times In the area. Hote was very nice once inside.

Excellent hotel, almost wished could have stayed longer...arrived late because of train disruption so did nt have long to enjoy my room. Would stay again if in Dusseldorf. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and good wifi. Good value.

Great value, great service & wonderful stay!

The hotel is fresh and newly renovated, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, parking options were very limited – something to keep in mind if you’re arriving by car. Our room faced the street, and both tram and traffic noise were quite noticeable, which made it difficult to sleep at times. The beds were rather uncomfortable, and the breakfast had a very limited selection, so we ended up eating elsewhere. We didn’t explore the area much, but in the evenings it felt quite unsafe as there were often people with substance abuse problems gathered right outside the hotel. Overall, a nicely renovated hotel inside, but several external factors brought down the overall experience.

Everything worked out flawlessly. Our room’s air conditioner didn’t work when we arrived, but the friendly staff fixed it in minutes. Definitely recommend this hotel.

great hotel

Ok for one night, not very clean, much dust in the room and even though the windows were closed during the night, there was a lot of noise coming from the street. I wouldn't stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, modern and clean. Room was ready before che check-in time. Staff is very nice. Really happy to have found a good deal and had the chance to stay here. Definitely recommended!

Very nice staff and good location

Recently renovated, and it shows. Also, customer service is fantastic. Friendly and open. I came to breakfast 40m before closing and asked for egg refills - instead of refilling they asked me what eggs I wanted and I had custom eggs and delicious fried veggies brought to my table. Breakfast was worth the price. Also their gym is very cool. Happy to stay here again.

Good location and excellent staff.

This was an excellent base for a weekend of travelling around Dusseldorf and the nearby cities. It is very close to the Hauptbahnhof which was a key factor in making the booking. Other attractions in Dusseldorf are all in short walking distance. The rooms were very pleasant and the breakfast variety was good. Staff were very friendly with excellent English. Would definitely recommend.

The shower couldn’t close the door so the bathroom was wet all the time Bad lightning
