Everything about the property was great- with the exception of the staff who ruined a surprise and were quite unwelcoming.

Excellent service, views and service. Good location, close to beach and beach clubs.

Beautiful place, nice people and great food

Great quite place. Amazing people but it was hard to find open dining close by. Not sure if it was because of off season. There was a quite a bit of construction happening but it the noise wasn't too bad at all.

The property itself was great. Staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms need a little updating. Musty smell in bathroom.

This hotels service was some of the best I have ever experienced. All the staff were not only friendly but the most helpful and reliable as well. Anytime my wife and I needed to book something, including lunch or dinner reservations the reception took care of it for us and gave us amazing recommendations. The pool area is really nice and having breakfast next to it was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious, eco-friendly and very clean. Could not ask for anything better during our stay here.

The hotel room was quite dated. Additionally, there were numerous charges for minor items. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this hotel.

Loved every minute of our stay here . The staff were incredible , the breakfast options were great, the bar was fantastic. We loved lounging by the pool and the walk to the beach was very short . Our room was great and had a balcony as well, tho we haven’t used it much bc of the wind .

Everything was wonderful. We really loved the beach. It’s perfect place to hide by strong winds. The hotel was so kind and helpful for any subject. Hope to be there again on next holidays

Amazing view, Amazing staff, Amazing room…. We love everything about it, specially the staff. Front desk manger was an angel, helped us to have a wonderful stay, his name is Jordan. We will go back for sure next time with the whole family.

I absolutely loved the property

The property is beautiful but the staff were not very friendly.

The service is the best. Thank you Demitri for helping solve our issue. It was a win win for everyone. You can’t beat their hospitality.

I loved this hotel and would definitely recommend . The rooms are Awesome !!! Ours, was ocean view with balcony. Really nice and comfortable . Area is quiet, with beautiful beaches nearby

The hotel staff were lovely and the hotel is near one of the best beaches in Mykonos.

The only good thing about this property was the view from the hotel room. Hotel staff constantly barging in without knocking or anything. Left trash outside our hotel room. Phone was broken. There was construction going on so it was loud. Room was not as pictured. Very misleading. And staff treated us like second hand guests. This hotel is over priced anf and should be a 3 star

It was all great

Set in very picturesque surroundings, this hotel has plenty of potential. Unfortunately it absolutely does not fulfil it. I find its claim to be a “luxury” hotel outlandish considering the following: dirty rooms (hair in the shower found on arrival, sickeningly filthy bathroom sink, thick dust on most of the room fixtures etc), bizarre behaviour from housekeeping staff (they walk into rooms without knocking - the person I was travelling with startled to find someone standing in front of him as he was using the bathroom. They also ignore “do not disturb” light and will knock loudly each morning at a time that suits them), the sparse choices at breakfast and the fact that each of the three servers had a specific job (you were told off for asking the wrong server for juice and the wrong server for eggs), the fact that the shuttle taking guests to the town centre ran only twice a day at 12pm and 9pm - with no return journey (considering how far the property is from the town, this is a serious aspect to consider. Plus they will try to pressure you into booking their private service for the extortionate price of €120 return), unsafe electric features (I have photographs). Saying all of this, I feel like the majority of the staff including those at the front desk, try their best to be helpful. I think this is a very poorly managed hotel and I genuinely resent having spent so much money to stay there. According to locals we spoke to, this hotel is know for being a letdown. Avoid.

The only situation is the beach

AMAZING property! Beautiful view from the balcony! Leo was unbelievable....The shuttle offered was nice especially since it's 15-20 drive into town! Taxi roundtrip is €90 Euros so having it free was a HUGE plus. Leo was deserving of a nice tip dropping off and picking up! Coming back in September and will definitely stay at this location!
