Good food, good for families with kids. Little noisy. Lots of people.still staff friendly and try to keep place clean.

Hotel was adequate, but the all inclusive benefit was poor. Not enough choice in the restaurant, food limited in nature and fairly basic / bland. Good luck finding a sun bed - all gone extremely early and not enough to meet the needs of the number of guests in the hotel. Overall, at best, barely mediocre.

Nice hotel overall, feels like a “budget Mitsis,” but still a solid choice. It’s quite large, which isn’t really my preference, and there were a few minor issues. That said, the stay was pleasant and the atmosphere enjoyable. They seem aware of what could be improved. I might consider coming back in a few years.

Well nothing wrong with the place but everything is average , especially for the price . The rooms are dated but functional, the food at the dining hall is average but very overcrowded , the drinks are very average and limited ( not aperol spritz … in which summer world has this hotel lived) …. And every morning you better wake up early to secure a sun lounger as there are not enough for everybody … I will simply not come back …

A large, clean, and well-maintained area, many swimming pools, clean sea, and delicious food. I didn't notice any drawbacks.

Had a fantastic week, there’s at least 5 outside pools, all inclusive food - meals buffet style across main and beach restaurant, other options - pizza/pasta and sandwich bar. Wide range of drinks also all included… wine, beer, juices, fizzy drinks, water… pancakes and ice-creams favourite for our family!!! Long beach - loads of sun beds. Entertainment every day and night.. staff really friendly.

From check in to check out we had an amazing time, all the staff were friendly and efficient, rooms were clean, all areas tidy, food was varied, main restaurant buffet, pizza, pasta, salad and assorted freshly made sandwiches and wraps, plenty of bars to choose from with a variety of alcohol and soft drinks, plenty of places to visit in the area, overall a great holiday

We stayed only one night, but we really enjoyed our stay. Very nice and friendly staff, delicious food

In generale fu positiva, e sicuramente ci tornerei. I punti di forza sono la posizione, sulla spiaggia; la struttura, è molto grande. I ristoranti sono ampli e nonostante la quantità di persone sono gestiti bene. La modalità all inclusive, permette di avere rinfreschi e spuntini in mezzo alla giornata. Le stanze pulite e abbastanza spaziose. Il personale gentile. Credo che ci sia un buon rapporto prezzo e servizi offerti. Le cose che ho trovato negative sono: Non ho trovato un impiegato che parlassi italiano o spagnolo. All'arrivo nella reception non ci hanno fornito tutta l'informazione necessaria e si sono scordati di darci i braccialetti. Credo che ci siano 4 piscine, anche se molto affollate, due particolarmente dedicate ai piccoli. Purtroppo, non è permesso l'accesso a tutte (credo che dividano per struttura o colore di braccialetto) Questo non mi è stato spiegato, quindi, cercando quella più tranquilla, sono andata in una piscina e sono stata cacciata, solo dopo, nella reception mi hanno spiegato che non tutte le piscine erano per tutti e solo in quel momento mi hanno dato il braccialetto. Nelle piscine ci sono bagnini, ma non tutti fanno rispettare le regole, sono finita in una piscina "più calma" dove i ragazzi (ventenni) si tuffavano e schizzando, e giocavano pala in piscina dando fastidio a tutti, davanti allo sguardo del bagnino che non si è mai mosso. Al nostro arrivo la cassetta di sicurezza era guasta e non hanno potuto risolvere in nessun modo.

The hotel is in need of a refit in key areas. We initially stayed in the bungalows which need new bathrooms and doors fixing. After the flooding we moved to the Riverside rooms and these were a million times better! Bar and restaurant areas need a refresh.

The room was wonderful except I don’t know how shower curtains work and I flooded the bathroom every day when I showered. Also the live entertainment at night was loud but not terrible.

This was the first time my family and i visited Greece we loved it the hotel was amazing it actually blew me away the reception was excellent the cleaning was top the food was mind blowing, when i posted pictures got great feedback i have definitely recommended this hotel to everyone my daughter loved her stay as this was a surprise holiday for her we used most facilities especially the pools.We're planning the next one already. Thanks for the great hospitality 😁

Great stay at the hotel once again, the facilities are great and the staff are exceptionally polite and very helpful. Great banter with them especially the entertainment staff! Only thing I’d say is the food is not great and maybe some more evening entertainment.

This hotel is rated a 3 star and that is being generous. The beds were hard as a rock. The shower was so tiny my husband barely fit. There were no pool towels provided so bring your own. All inclusive alcoholic drinks were absolutely terrible. Only one buffet and the food was pretty much the same every day. We ate out a lot because after two days I was sick of their mediocre food. The parking is a LONG walk away from the hotel. This could be a problem if you are older or have trouble walking a half mile in 90 degree heat. Entertainment was nothing special and people don’t watch their kids so they kept getting on the stage while performances were going. 🙄 Overall was pretty disappointed with everything and honestly I’m not that hard to please. The spa was nice and we were pleased with our massages. The beach is decent. You have to pay for wifi which is totally ridiculous! I give this place a 1 star and set your expectations low.

Would not suggest booking here; such a disappointment!!
