Beautiful hotel, I was impressed with the modern and clean rooms. Close to everything. The check in was also very easy, the gentlemen, at the front desk was very professional and welcoming. I definitely will stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.

Overall stay was good, is a nice place to stay if you just plan on sleeping and the going out exploring around the city. Not much amenities in hotel. (Surrounding area mainly back alley or street kind of sketchy) Would of been nice to have fridge stock with water since was a staying and paying guest. Shower stall leaked qater out to bathroom floor and shower ha d held handle dod not stay up on the wall.

Property is ok location is great close to metro shops etc BUT filty streets in this area with a lot of imigrants that obviously have taken over area STAFF VERY FRIENDLY BUT BECAUSE OF THE AREA NOT CLEAN AT ALL I WOULD RATE HOTEL HAS A 3

This is a downtown European hotel with all the issues that downtown European hotels typically have. Parking is non-existent and space is at a premium. In this hotel, the room was sizable enough, but the shower was too cramped to adequately shower.
The staff was perfect. They knew the restaurants to go to and they efficiently took care of all of our needs.

We arrived super early and the woman at the front desk was happy to check us in so we could rest. It was a great surprise since we assumed we’d have to find something to do for a few hours. Room was super clean and comfortable. Location looked sketchy but wasn’t too bad. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Front desk tells where to go and where to stay away from. Exactly what we needed for our 2 night stay in Athens.

The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt safe and had no issues walking up to the tourist buses etc. A nice hotel.

Convenient central location, clean and adequately equipped accommodation. One friendly staff member but the others not. Good breakfast. I asked for a room at the back to avoid road noise. This wasn’t available and I was kept awake throughout the night by very loud traffic noise. The pillows also were lumpy and uncomfortable.

We enjoyed the couple of days we spent in Athens. Every one at the hotel was more than helpful. We wanted to see Deadpool 2 in English and they helped us find a movie theater to attend in English. It was above and beyond. This hotel although very nice and had all of the expected features it is in a rougher neighborhood. My husband and I felt fine and had zero issues but we are city folk who are used to homeless people and transient folk. If your not comfortable with that environment you may want to think twice if you plan to be walking alone at night. During the day is no issue but at night you notice it more.

The min temp for Air condition is 24oC !!!, very noise from the street !!!, cushion cover wasnt clean !! no restaurant in the hotel !! room size was very small !! location of the hotel was very dangerous plenty of emigrants every where.
