Great little hotel and fabulous value. Parking available a 5 min walk away for 11 euros for 24 hours. Lovely little bar too. Would def stay again.

Fantastic location and very comfortable. So close to the waterfront and Aristotelous Square, for connections to the airport and Chalkidiki. Many restaurants and shops also nearby. Big beds and comfy rooms. The only thing the room didn’t have was an iron which would have been helpful but wasn’t necessary.

The hotel was great, the only issue was that the heating and air-conditioning are controlled by floor, so you can't adjust it to your individual preference.

The hotel itself is very unique and has a certain charming quirkiness to it. The staff is very nice and friendly. The reason I’m only giving it 4 stars is because the mattresses were very stiff and uncomfortable. The other thing to note, we had a street view on a Friday night, so it was rather noisy late into the night, but that wasn’t unexpected and they nicely provided foam ear plugs for this.

We should have spent longer in Thessaloniki and when we come back to experience more, we will stay at Colors Urban Hotel! We really liked the fun and playful vibe and ambiance at this hotel. The location is within walking distance of the bayfront, historical landmarks, Byzantine museum and a variety of great restaurants. Getting to outlying areas is also easy from there using public transit and taxi services. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and safe.
We live in a small town and this was our first experience in an urban environment outside of our country. The front desk staff was so friendly and extremely helpful with advice for navigating the public transit and taxi services, so we could easily access places we wanted to go. The room service staff was probably the most polite that I have ever talked to. The servers downstairs at the Garden Bar were delightful and the food/drinks were so good that we sometimes had a hard time deciding if we should go any further to eat or have a glass of wine.
For checkout, the front desk staff arranged a taxi to the airport for us. When the time came, the car was right around the corner and came to the front of the hotel to pick us up when we came out the front doors.

Room and bathroom are clean. Very convenient location to restaurants and groceries. Walkable to everything. Room has a balcony overlooking a portion of the water and can be seen from our room. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Location is great for shopping and walking, but terrible for driving. Traffic was so tied up that the last few miles took 30 minutes.
It is VERY loud no matter what floor you're on. Cars honking all night and by early morning police are on each corner with whistles. The windows hold back none of the noise and as such the hotel supplies earplugs to each room.
Rooms themselves are very nice, spacious and recently remodeled. Great water pressure in the shower and really nice mattresses and bedding for the price.
They only give you a single key, which must be inserted to enable electricity for the room.....this is VERY annoying. Also not handicap friendly as there are stairs present to get to the elevator.
Overall great bang for the buck with large newer rooms, just be prepared to use earplugs if you're sleeping in!
