Most people working there the have bad attitude except for the gentleman working in the bar he is super nice the rest of crows have bad attitude

There wasnt enough parking, dinner buffe style was okay, Air-condition broke and i had to wait until the next day to be fixed with 2 toddlers..

Very good stay, comfortable rooms and nice facilities in the hotel. Everything worked great.

Great location and views. Some places need more maintenance like the kids room ( humidity on the walls)

Nice clean and comfortable hotel with two swimming pools, a restaurant, poolside bar and lovely gardens.

Was expecting more from this hotel... especially after paying 680$ for two nights. Apparently food was included but had to pay for drinks (water, coffee and soda not included. Hot water issues... Booked a room for four people and the beds were very firm and pillows sucked. The single beds are very small. Room was clean. Hotels.com charged me over 200$ in taxes and fees. Which was over 1/3 of my stay. Hotels.com scam...

Very enjoyable, family friendly experience! I would rate this hotel closer to a 3-3.5 star, because the rooms are a little dated. The highlight was the pool, the kids spent hours there. The staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was a nice treat and convenient in the morning, with different selection each day. We didn't do all inclusive, but the food at the resort was very affordable, e.g. an entree and a drink for only 9 Euros. There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, no frills and good value!

This is a good quality 3 star hotel. Not sure of they have double beds as we had twins pushed together, which was a bit annoying. The food and drink are good, and the location is excellent. The room/suite is huge with all amenities you would need. Would stay here again. Suitable for couples, friends and families.

Overall the stay at Creta Palm was amazing! Very clean, great food and service. All the staff were very friendly and dealt with any issues straight away. There are big pools, which was a big plus for us as my daughter loves to swim! The only downside is the wifi service in the rooms are not great, it kept cutting off however worked very well around the pool and restaurant area. The area around the hotel is good too, local buses run from outside the hotel to Chania and there is also beach in front of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel, we had an excellent time here and will like to return again one day in the near future.

Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. My friend and I were lucky enough to be able to book a week long holiday to Crete in August. We were reading reviews about Creta Palm and thought that it would be a good choice of hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt extremely welcome. The reception staff were friendly and informative. You can see straight away that all the necessary safety precautions have been taken - sanitising stations / plastic screens etc. We arrived in our room which was spotless. The linen was clean and honestly there was nothing to fault about the room. The air conditioning was free and powerful. Extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe if needed. A safe for a fee and a large balcony. We booked a one bedroom apartment with a sea / pool view. There’s also a kitchenette with a friend and enough cutlery / glassware for a family. We booked half board and would recommend this. There was a huge choice of food for breakfast both hot and cold food. The dinner buffet also had a great selection that was delicious. The menu for each day was nicely displayed at the entrance to our apartment block. The one thing that really makes this hotel so nice is the staff. Every single of one of them were exceptional. (With a special mention for Stella in the restaurant.) If you’re looking for a relaxing get away with a friendly atmosphere that has something for everyone, Creta Palm should be top of the list. We've stayed 7 nights, I really liked the staff - very friendly and kind. The only thing I didn't like is that in Expedia's gallery the rooms were looking different than in what room we were actually. I really advise you to rent a car via justrentals because the hotel is around 20km from the airport, also you will want to see the most popular beaches like Elafonissi and Balos which are far from the hotel as well. :)

Fabulous hotel and the staff are exceptional (every single one of them). Lots of lovely restaurants to visit in the vicinity and a beach just over the road. Cleaned to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend staying here. There are two pools to choose from also. We used the top pool the most. The staff at the pool bar were just brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. The Cretan people are wonderful!

Spotlessly clean and friendly accommodation. Basic rooms and the most comfortable beds. Nice food. Would recommend to a friend. Used it as a base for a walking/beach holiday.
