Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο με πολύ καλές παροχές!!! Τα 4 αστέρια είναι πολύ λίγα και οι λόγοι είναι οι εξής: 1) Στην Reception o κ.Γιάννης, η κ.Μαρία, η κ.Λουκία και ο κ.Κώστας εξυπηρετούν πάντα με ευγένεια, χαμόγελο και φεύγεις πάντα ικανοποιημένος!!! Επίσης η υπεύθυνη του ξενοδοχείου η κ.Σουζάνα είναι ένα πραγματικό διαμάντι που κοσμεί το ξενοδοχείο, η οποία διαθέτει επαγγελματισμό, υπευθυνότητα και συνέπεια με σεβασμό στους πελάτες,επίσης είναι πάντα διαθέσιμη να σε ακούσει με την θετική της ενέργεια και το χαμόγελο και σε κάνει να νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου!!! 2) Το φαγητό είναι σπιτικό με ποικιλία. 3) Υπάρχει καθαριότητα. 4) Η πισίνα είναι φανταστική. 5) Η παραλία είναι οργανομένη καθαρή με άμμο και στα βαθιά κάποιες πετρούλες. Τι άλλο να ζητήσω? Όσοι δεν κάνουν καλές κριτικές θα πρέπει να βλέπουν το ξενοδοχείο συνολικά και όχι μεμονομένα από κάποιο τυχαίο περιστατικό το οποίο δεν είναι επαναλαμβανόμενο! It was great if you have children - which we don't. There is a lot for them to do. The views from sea view rooms are great. And it's nice it has its own beach. The food was plenty, but not really good. We probably should not have stayed in an all inclusive.

We booked Amarynthos resort but got message from them day before arrival that the hotel closed for season. They put us at palmariva hotel. It’s a very dated hotel. It seems like it’s a French vacation club and catered to those members and also groups. Rooms were very dated. Bathroom needed to be cleaner. It was all inclusive - we only ate breakfast there. Our first night we ate dinner there and it was awful. Thank goodness we had a car to go out for dinner. There is nothing around walking distance from hotel - shops restaurants, etc. we made it work because it was paid for, but would not recommend.

Μέτριο ξενοδοχείο, δεν αξίζει τα λεφτά που δίνεις. Είχα διαβάσει άσχημες κριτικές, αλλά νόμιζα ότι οι πελάτες ήταν υπερβολικοί. Δυστυχώς δεν ήταν. Τα φαγητά ανοστα και τα ίδια και τα ίδια για μια βδομάδα που μειναμε. Δεν ανανεωναν συχνά τα φαγητά που τελείωναν και μερικοί εργαζόμενοι σου μιλούσαν απότομα ή ειρωνικά. Ζήτησα από τον ψηστη που μοίραζε το γλυκό να μου βάλει δύο κομμάτια (είμαστε 4 άτομα), διότι μου έβαλε 1 και μου είπε να προλαβουν να πάρουν ολοι. Τελικά μου έβαλε 2 κομμάτια, αφού του ειπα ότι είμαστε 4. Μια μέρα που είχαν πατάτες τηγανητές, είχαν φτιάξει λίγες, τελείωσαν αμέσως, περιμέναμε ώρα στην ουρά του μπουφέ να γίνουν και όταν ήρθαν, μας σερβίρει η υπάλληλος από λίγες στον καθένα "για να πάρουν όλοι", είπε... Αισθανθηκα σαν να ήμουν σε συσσίτιο και μου έκαναν χάρη που μου έδιναν φαγητο. Μερικοί υπάλληλοι ήταν ευγενείς. Τα παιδιά μου τρώγαν μόνο μακαρόνια με τυρί και ψωμί. Τα ασανσέρ χωράνε λίγα άτομα και περίμενες πολλή ώρα για να ανέβεις. Οι ξαπλώστρες της παραλίας και της πισίνας δεν φτάνουν για όλους τους πελάτες και δεν έχεις να κάτσεις ούτε σε καρέκλα μερικές φορές. Δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα. Τα μόνο θετικά το παγωτό που είναι ελεύθερο να πάρεις συνέχεια και η υπόγεια στοά να πας στη θάλασσα χωρίς να περάσεις το δρόμο.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια! Η εξυπηρέτηση στη ρεσεψιόν κατά την άφιξη μας και αποχώρηση μας. Το δωμάτιο άνετο και με ωραία θέα. Το all inclusive πακέτο φουλ με όλα τα γεύματα... Η θάλασσα και η πισίνα ένα βήμα! Το βράδυ τα παρτυ στο θεατράκι σούπερ και ότι πρέπει για τα παιδιά! Όλα ήταν τέλεια! Ευχαριστούμε για τις ωραίες διακοπές μας!

Je suis très déçu par les repas et boissons proposées par cette établissement, cela n’as strictement rien à voir avec les photos des repas sur leur site c’est une publicité mensongère. Les repas sont très très limité et c’est tous les jours pareil aucun dessert qui est montré sur leur site et aucun service 24h/24 et l’eau est payante 😡😡, leur boîsson à volonté pour ceux qui ne boivent pas d’alcool est de l’eau de la poudre d’arôme et du sucre horrible, franchement je n’y retournerai pas sinon je prendrais la formule sans les repas

Σε γεκινης γραμμές πολύ ευχαριστημένη! Είχε γίνει ένα λάθος στο check in , μας είχαν βάλει σε δωματιο που έβλεπε πίσω, ενώ η κράτηση ήταν για δωματιο που έβλεπε στην πισίνα. Το διόρθωσαν όμως. Το τρίτο κρεβάτι όμως που έβαλαν εμβόλιμο ήταν ένα παλιο ράντσο που έτριζε συνέχεια. Δε θεωρώ ότι ήταν για τετράστερα ξενοδοχείο. Το φαγητό πολύ καλο με μεγάλη ποικιλία, η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη. Τα αναψυκτικά στο πάνω μπαρ μια χαρά, στο μπαρ της παραλίας ομως νερωμένα. Γενικα μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία.

Le confort de l hôtel est vraiment pas top. Les matelas sont de qualité déplorable. On a eu une chambre où le lit faisait que grincer des que l on bouger avec un matelas ou l'on ressentais tout les ressorts. Nous avons demande à changer de chambre. Nous avons eu une autre chambre où le lit ne grincer plus mais le matelas pareil que dans l autre chambre. Matelas mort. Ensuite on arrive dans la chambre le draps de dessous qui protège le matelas était limite. Nous nous somme retrouvé avec le tête pose a même le matelas sans protection...une horreur. Ensuite le lit n est pas fait mis à part le draps trop court de dessous.les draps de dessus ne sont pas fait. Niveau repas les plats était casiment les mêmes durant tout notre séjour. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel😡

Σε γενικες γραμμες η διαμονή ήταν ικανοποιητική σε ένα καθαρό αλλά μάλλον πολύβουο περιβάλλον. Πολύ καλό πρωινό και ικανοποιητικές εγκαταστάσεις. Αδυναμία το γεγονός ότι το ξενοδοχείο είχε πολύ κόσμο οπότε ήταν δύσκολη η εύρεση θέσης στάθμευσης ενώ και οι παρεχόμενες θέσεις πέριξ της πισινας και στο μπαρ ήταν σαφώς λιγότερες με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να καθήσεις.
