This property offers transfers from the cruise terminal, ferry terminal, and airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 10:00 PM. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. Please note that Villa accommodations are located 2.5 miles (4 kilometers) away from the main building. The property provides shuttle service from the main building to the villa after check-in. Shuttle service between the villa and the main building is not available during the stay or on the check-out date.
