Hermes Mykonos Hotel

The facility, pool, dinning area and balcony were great. I liked location above the city but walking accessible or a shuttle to and from downtown. However, the staff was the best hotel staff that had ever served me. I asked about an early transfer to the airport, 4 am and the front desk said no problem and added would you like us to pack a breakfast for you

Enjoyed our stay at Hermes Hotel. The staff was amazing, really catered to our needs. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The view from our room was great. Enjoyed our day at the pool. The staff was there with beach towels for us and brought us drinks. The airport shuttle made the trip less stressful. Would stay there again.

Very nice location and room. Great breakfast. The bathroom is newly renovated but somehow a lot of water falls outside the shower making the bathroom floor very wet.

Fantastic hotel - location, views, the staff were amazing and then the food they also serve right next to the pool was also great. I will be visiting again. They were very accommodating for a large group of guys but you also had a lot of other demographics as well.

A beautiful hotel with an incredible staff. The breakfast spread was top notch — tons of choices as well as a menu for custom orders. The rooms are modern and clean. No complaints, just praise.

Fantastic location, staff and place!

Excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are the best I’ve ever experienced. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so polite and attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel and will return on my next visit to Mykonos.

Fantastic hotel from start to finish, staff amazing service brilliant, the best breakfast I've had in a long time. I really can not fault this hotel, a great location, views across mykonos town and a shuttle service from the airport and to the harbour. We will definitely be returning

I fell in love with this beautiful place! The staff is so kind, friendly, fun to talk with. Everyone was sincerely engaged with us. The views from Hermes are spectacular! And for me, I was so happy they let me play with the locals kitty. I want to come back. What a special place in the world. Hotel was exactly what I hoped for.

I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and have a mixed opinion about this hotel. PROS: • Good location! It’s a 10-minute walk to town, which was the main reason I chose this hotel, since I didn’t want to rent a car or depend on buses. • Excellent breakfast included. • Free shuttle service from the ferry port or airport (and back). This is very convenient, considering the standard taxi rate in Mykonos is €40. • Due to a ferry strike, we had to change our stay, and Chrysa kindly rebooked our dates at no extra charge and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Mayra at reception was very nice as well with great recommendations! • Nice sea views (especially from the restaurant and lobby). CONS: • The shuttle driver seemed upset and even came across as rude when picking us up, which gave a poor first impression. • Our room smelled like sewage when we arrived. • Some furniture feels old and worn. Even the wallpaper behind the bed was poorly applied, making the room look outdated. • The staff, in general, was not as warm and friendly as in other parts of Greece I’ve visited. • Rooms are not soundproof- you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the restaurant. Overall: I guess the price was ok for what I got but I would definitely look for a different option if I return to Mykonos.
