Shuttle was on time and comfortable restaurant was good staff was excellent

Perfect for a night

Hotel was too far away from everything. There was just the hotel restaurant for food. Hotel was clean, staff nice and helpful. Service was great!!

Close to the airport, free shuttle.

It was sad to see none of the staff anywhere in the hotel SMILE. None of us understood the reason for this! And, to top it all check in staff had nothing to offer an IHG member! Overall the only bright experience was the driver who stopped for the 10 of us at the airport on arrival and brought us to the hotel. He was such a wonderful person, polte, helpful and managed the luggage so professionally.

Close to airport with good shuttle service to airport for next day flight.

Hotel rooms weren't as clean. Room had a moldy feel to it. Air quality was lacking

Convient for late night arrival at Athens airport, easy access from airport via shuttle bus and on the bus route into the centre of town for the following day.

Booked because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. Shuttle worked well and was helpful. Property is showing its age and was fine, but some damage on carpet and grime around edges, etc. Not really a lack of cleanliness, just worn. Air conditioner didn’t work, even after adjusting the AC properly. Was too late to bother with it, but then couldn’t sleep because it was too warm. Mention it to the front desk person and they blamed it on us not using it properly, but grudgingly said they would have maintenance check it. No apology. I have to say this was the only unfriendly person we met in Greece. So was overall acceptable, but nothing great.

The staff is always Exceptional from the front desk, to the restaurant hosts, to the shuttle pickup and delivery people at the airport. Holiday Inn is the only hotel I stay at while I travel to Athens. The service from A to Z is unparalleled.
