Lithies Hotel

Beautiful spot, simple but good breakfast. Nice accomodations.

I would stay here again. This property is located in a quiet, yet gorgeous corner of the island. The onsite staff were excellent, the views lovely, the breakfast adequate and the pool/common areas were exactly as expected. While not associated with this hotel, make sure to check out the sun decks, diving platforms and food at nearby Windmill Cafe.

This is a gem of a hotel. Sunset and sunrise views over the sea with excellent facilities and Maria is so helpful. Hire a car and stay here, you will love it!

I had a wonderful stay at Lithies! The staff was most helpful and supporting with any enquiries I had, even if they weren’t hotel/tour/restaurant related. It’s a peaceful place with plenty of opportunists and space to relax. The exterior is decoration to the detail and very welcoming to chill. I even worked a few hours each day by the pool and had the best view. The location is ideal for excursions to the blue caves, cliff jumps at the windmill and boat trip to shipwreck beach. Vehicle recommended as there is not much around in walkable distance. Plenty of parking space available.

Absolutely lovely place, was perfect for my wife and I but would also be great for a family. Beautiful property with lots of flowers, very quiet area, if you don’t want to be around tons of people Lithies is the perfect place for you. Most of all though is the staff were so kind and lovely, they made our stay so much better. Can’t wait to go back!

This place was amazing. Family built, owned, and run! They were GREAT!!! Very friendly, enjoyable to talk to. Pool area is beautiful. If we return to Zakynthos we would 100% stay here again. Only negative is that beds are uncomfortable...hard.

Nice large rooms and good shower / facilities. Beautiful clean pool. Lovely location - 5 mins drive from the little port of Agios Nikalos. Beautiful views across to Kefalonia. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast rather disappointing.

We spent 5 nights here. We did not get in until late and the hotel staff was still there to welcome us. We were even able to get a late night bite to eat at the poolside bar which is open until midnight and was a big plus after a long day of travel (Thank you, Ervin!). The room was very clean, spacious and had a wonderful view from the balcony. The area is quiet and not developed, which we really enjoyed. Walk-able: Boats to the blue caves and Navagio Beach, a local restaurant. St Nikolaos Port is a short drive away and has great restaurants, a grocery store, a gas station, an ATM and a daily car ferry to Kefalonia which we took a day trip to. You can also get boats to Navagio Beach and the blue caves from there as well. We rented a car (parking is free), which I would recommend if staying here more than one or two nights, which gave us easy access to the rest of the island. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are on Zakynthos!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Lithies! It is a little off the beaten path, but actually there is a swimming area and boat trips to the Blue Caves & Shipwreck Beach within walking distance. The property was nice enough just to hang out there though. We were sad to leave!

Lovely hotel, clean rooms with cooking amenities that are conducive to an extended stay. Wonderful swimming pool with fully serviced bar. Staff were lovely and caring. No Wi-fi in the rooms however was a problem for us.The location is near Agios Nikolaos Port which is convenient for travelling to Kefalonia and also for visiting the Blue Caves and Navaggio beach. The locals at Agios Nikolaos port left us unimpressed but Lithies made up for it.

Martina is such an amazing and kind hostess there was a storm and it was questionable if our ferry would depart. She let us stay in our room free of charge while riding out the storm, then told us to come back if our ferry did not sail and our room would be waiting for us. The ferry did not sail and she welcomed us back with a hug. The pool and bar are lovely with great seating, drinks, food and breakfast. The location, while a little remote, was PERFECT to access Shipwreck Beach and the blue caves as well as the ferry to Cephalonia. English is spoken, good music at the pool, the lighthouse reflected on the bedroom walls, gorgeous sunrises and general ambiance, garden, rock work and environment was gracious. We will come back to this lovely spot

If you love the Northern region of Zakynthos, this place should satisfy your every dream.This luxurious and very tasteful, elegantly-designed resort is located so close to the Blue Caves, you can swim every day for free! Bikes are provided, but a car is pretty much essential at this northern-most point of the island. Views of the Ionian Sea extend for more than 180 degrees. Fabulous tavernas with excellent food are located nearby at Agios Nikolaos if you come via that port. Otherwise, it's a drive from the airport (but well worth it!) Spotlessly clean and serviced, it features spectacular views of Kefalonia, the lighthouse, windmills, and amazing sunrises! The pool bar is a delightful place to hang out and enjoy a frappe/beer/cocktail, listen to music, play table tennis,Tavli [Backgammon] and other board games, or lie by the pool or in the hammock. Matina seems to be available to cater to her guests' needs from early breakfast until the pool bar closes late at night. This establishment also provides you with so many additional features, such as Internet, a beautiful pool, air conditioning, novels in reception, breakfast if you wish, pool towels etc. etc. The warmth and generosity of spirit for which this part of the world is renowned will make your stay even more enjoyable! This place is far more than it appears to be on the website! I defy you not to fall in love with all it offers!

We travelled as a four - myself and fiancé and my parents. Our apartment was lovely, with air conditioning. The view from our separate balconies both overlooked the Ionian Sea and immaculately kept pool below. The swimming pool was genuinely the best outdoor swimming pool I have been in with views of the sea as you swim. The staff at Lithies are the most friendly, warm and helpful I've ever met. I really recommend a stay at Lithies. We stayed for 5 days. We only wish we stayed for longer!

Fantastisk sted, hvis du ønsker fred og ro. Ligger et stykke væk fra alt, så du har brug for en bil for at være her. Vi havde en skøn uge her og ville helt sikkert komme igen.

Mooi uitzicht, schoon zwembad en de tuinen zijn prachtig. De appartementen zijn mooi. Het gehele complex is mooi aangekleed en je zit dichtbij de Blue Caves en shipwreck beach. Het ontbijt is erg standaard. Communicatie met de eigenaar is minder want ze spreekt geen Engels. We miste het warme welkomsgevoel zo nu en dan wat je bij veel andere verblijven wel hebt. Medewerkers die niet enthiausast groeten. Je komt aan bij het ontbijt en ze zitten op hun mobiel etc.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cet établissement. Tout etait parfait. Les chambres, nos hotes, la localisation (tres calme et loin de la partie tres touristique). Ma seule remarque concerne le petit déjeuner tres peu varié avec des produits tres bas de gamme.

Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen.schöne Aussicht. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, ein Auto ist allerdings unabdingbar, da es in fussläufiger Entfernung weder Geschäfte noch Restaurants gibt. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und vernünftig eingerichtet. Das Bad war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war das Frühstück etwas einfallslos und durch eine beschränkte Auswahl gekennzeichnet.
