A very good hotel conveniently situated in the centre of Chania. The staff were very welcoming. We have stayed several times before and the high standard remains the same.

Good morning,
my room we nice and clean but I had issues with my shower, no hot water all 2 nights, low water pressure.
WIFI was very weak the WIFI in my didn't work at all.
over all good hotel but they need to do some upgrades.

George the the bellhop was extremely helpful , friendly, and gave us some recommendations on our route to see a few of the closest beaches. The hotels in a great location close to the port with plenty of really good food. Options parking was very convenient and breakfast was really delicious. Would stay again.

Wonderful location and incredible breakfast. It’s right at the city center so you can walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and the port! Some tours will pick up directly from the hotel and they are willing to help you book a tour if needed. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to serve. They provided a welcome gift during our stay. The breakfast is divine with many food options

This was a beautiful hotel with easy walking access to the port and tons of shopping and restaurants. The staff were incredible and so welcoming. Highly recommend staying here, I would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff with excellent service. We arrived late but the restaurant is open until 23:00. Superb food - croaker fish and chicken. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Location right next to the bus stop was brilliant.

We were contacted by Samaria Hotel thanking us for choosing to stay at Samaria Hotel. The hotel communicated with us to see when we were arriving to ensure our room would be ready. We arrived 30 minutes before their check in time but were able to check into our hotel. We were even given an upgraded room. The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious. Definitely the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had during our 3 weeks in Greece. Everyone working there are consummate professional. Piano player in the lounge (couple nights a week ) was a nice touch as well. The resident cats were very well behaved and gave it a homey feel. Voula, client services agent, was very helpful during the check in process and provided valuable information and directions. We will return in the future.

Really great hotel with attentive staff, beautiful reception area and pool, comfortable rooms and excellent location. The main part of Chania old town is 5 minutes walk away, with tons of amenities handy. Breakfast was a highlight too! Only negative was that there is very limited poolside space, and it was often a battle to get in early enough for a deckchair, which was a little stressful. But if you got one, the poolside was very relaxing and enjoyable. We also did an excursion organised by the hotel to a local olive oil farm and winery, which was excellent. Highly recommended hotel!

Only good things to say about this hotel; very friendly and helpful staff (especially Maria at front desk), big plus in the rooms (which we did not experience in the other 3 hotels of our vacation) were welcome sweets and raki, Nespresso machine, complimentary bottled water. Air conditioning worked well but need to be able to redirect vents so they're not blowing on you while in bed. Bed was very comfortable but pillows could be better. Best breakfast of our vacation and very good for European hotel; good variety of eggs, sweets, juices, breads. Short walk to old town made location very advantageous. Overall great choice of hotel.

Only stayed 1 night, en route to other destinations. Located right in centre of lively city. Valet parking. Reasonable buffet breakfast. Comfortable accommodation. Small outdoor pool and surrounding areas with a few sun beds. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing. Very close to the Old Town. The staff is attentive and so nice. We enjoyed the breakfast every day by the lovely pool. The valet parking was key given the traffic congestion in that area. Our room was also quiet.
