We had a lovely holiday at Telhinis Hotel. The hotel is family run and very friendly . The staff are so helpful and they even allowed us to keep the room until 5 pm for free. The town is 10 minutes walk away and this means it is quiet with no road noise and either a view at the front ,which means you can see the sea, or a room at the back with a lovely view over the hills. There is a fantastic restaurant called Bridges close by. How can it be so inexpensive? Well the rooms are a bit dated but the beds are comfortable and cleaned every day. The linen and towels are changed regularly. On top of this there is a large pool which is kept spotlessly clean and well maintained. Only a continental breakfast of boiled eggs, bread or croissants is on offer at a modest cost, with as much juice tea or coffee as you may require on a self service basis. There is a a small fridge in each room but no kettle so if you can take a small one as we did it is fine. This a budget hotel that is great value for money. I have been twice and would not hesitate to go again

My boyfriend and I have just got back from a 1 week stay at Telhinis, and we had a great week. The hotel is very basic, but for the price we paid it was fantastic! The room was cleaned every day, the bathroom was old fashioned but did the job, and the pool area was clean and there was always spare sunbeds. George (the pool barman) was so friendly and made our days by the pool even better. The food and drink at the bar are very affordable, with €2 beers, €4 pizzas and €3 burgers etc. The hotel is within walking distance of Faliraki centre (about 5/10 mins). We would definitely return to Telhinis!

Wonderful staff / owners. Extremely friendly polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast for the money we paid. Basic room but plenty big enough and own balcony fridge etc. Very clean. Nice pool area and sunbeds. Great things like they store cosmetics left by other guests and tell you on check in to help ureself if needed. Beach towels available. Nice outside patio for breakfast and drinks. Views to sea and easy 5 min walk to town centre. Very nice restaurant called Bridges just 2 mins walk from the hotel

We only booked this as a shower stop as we had to vacate our accommodation at 10am, and our flight was at 11pm. For that it was fine, however we wouldn't like to spend the night there. We are used to basic but this was extremely so. The furnishings dated from the 1950's or so it seemed. It also seemed quite noisy, doors rattling etc., but it was quite windy that day so that may have contributed to the noise. However, the staff were lovely, the bar area looked nice and for what we paid it was fine. The water was hot and the towels were clean.

It was a lovely hotel run by a couple. They were really amazing as well as there staff the hotel was fresh clean. Drinks were cheap as well as a small menu. They had a bbq for the guests only 8 euroso amazing value for money . Hospitality was fantastic

First of all let me say hi to the great staff of the hotel!:D They are so patient in every your need and you can ask for any help and they will provide you the best solution! Our impression were that they are like big family and that is why you will fill the worm atmosphere in the hotel! The location is great if you want the quiet part of Faliraki, but also very near to the pedestrian part and all clubs and restaurants. Rooms are very clean, and the best part of it are the beds, comfy like clouds. Pool is also very clean and great for the afternoon relaxation after beach. Let me say that Faliraki beach (which is nearest to the hotel) is one of the best and cleanest local beaches on the island, so you don't need to visit any other local beaches, but as for the wild beaches don't miss St. Paul's Bay! Wish you all great holidays!

They do charge for AC. Also, the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood. But it is not the cleanest hotel. There was a 10" spider in our bedroom. Looked like something out of the tropical rain forest.

Staff are good but they need more comforting services. Internet service in my room never exist, had to spend most of my time at the lobby; shower curtains are not available so showering made it very uncomfortable having water splashing everywhere. Never advised when reserving the room that A/C is optional, so try sleeping at 35 Celsius at night.

Were staying for 1 week in hotel - absolutley amaizing people working in hotel helpfull and polite, rooms and public areas were spotless clean, bar opened till late, nice swimming pool area - enough big. nice teracce. Only look of the building it self isn't very good, needs refurbishment. Food - we did not had breakfast, so can't coment on that, food menu during day time very limited. From menu oredered pita giross, but they did not had chicken meet for it, so they offered to make it with chicken nugets, it was ok, but definetley wasn't what we wanted. Would recomend a bit better presentation of serving coffee - it was brought in small cup no spoon no plate under cup. Location perfect close enough to walk to see side and town center, and far enough to be away from crowed and city noise.. Would definitely recomend it - very good value if you are gooing for summer break and if you are not looking for impressive building because it is very simple very basic but nice and clean.

I stayed in Faliraki for 5 days in September (the low season). Let me start by saying that the staff of the hotel is great, treating you like family and helping solve your problems (lost luggage was mine)! However, the hotel itself leave much to be desired. The description lists air conditioning, but does not say that getting it requires an extra daily charge. Sleeping with the balcony door open lets in quite a few mosquitos. Housekeeping does a good job of daily cleaning, but will not put the top sheet on the bed for some reason. The pool was uncleaned (maybe because of the low season?) and unusable. Hot water was scarce in the shower, and the hotel provides no amenities such as soap or shampoo. If you are on a budget, this is an OK place to stay, just be prepared for what you DON'T get.

This hotel is old, the rooms are not nice, the bathroom did not even have a shower curtain, bur everything was working fine The big pros are that the stuff is extremely friendly, assisting us in anything we needed, including finding a good mechanic for our car that broke down. Also the price was imbattible and it included breakfast. It is very close to Faliraki where all the fun is and is located 12km away of Rhodes town, connected to it with a 2 lane avenue, really fast... We went there not caring about hotel activities or room, since our objective was to move all day and sleep in the hotel only, so it was perfect. If you are looking for a luxurious place to stay - all included, then it's definitely the wrong place to go...

Allasalue iso eikä aurinkopetien varaajia ollut riesaksi saakka.
Hotelli mäen päällä, jalkavaivaiselle saattaa olla ongelma kuten itselle oli ennen uutta polvea.

Hotellissa erittäin ohuet seinät ja huonot sängyt. Kaikki melu kuuluu sisältä sekä ulkoa huoneeseen. Suosittelen korvatulppia. Huoneen kunto myös välttävä.
Hotellissa ainoat hyvät asiat oli iso uima-allas sekä huoneessa ilmastointi, toki sekin lisämaksusta 5eur/vuorokausi.
Huoneen ”siivous” myös erittäin ala-arvoista. Lakanoita ei vaihdettu kertaakaan/ eikä sänkyä pedattu. Uudet pyyhkeet sentään sai. Mutta joka kerta kun siivooja oli käynyt, oli hän jättänyt huoneemme oven auki. Eli kuka vain olisi voinut mennä ja ottaa sieltä jotain.
Aamupala ei myöskään kehumisen arvoinen.
En siis suosittele kyseistä hotellia.
