Loved this hotel! Staff were wonderful, breakfast was delicious every day, and the junior suite was beautiful and large. Can’t say enough about the owner and staff. If we come back to Santorini, would love to stay again!

The location is perfect, it’s the center of everything, very close to bus station, only 3 to 5 minutes walk. The view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset at your own balcony. The service is great, the breakfast is great. There are fresh juice, home cooked foods even dessert. the only downside is that the hotel needs to update their furnitures, lamps, floor rugs, bedding etc, and do better cleaning. It would be beautiful hotel if they can make these improvements.

Very cozy & comfortable. Kind & professional service. Amazing breakfasts. The view is absolutely magnificent.
Family pension vibe. Many books available to read. Having a private jacuzzi was a treat.
There is also a rooftop terrace serving cocktails & more.
Be ready to face many stairs, as the property is about 2 stories down from the Main Street, and the rooms are 2-3 stories below the reception. They will help you with your luggage when you check in and out of the hotel. Just be aware that this location is not accessible for people with physical limitations.

We were among the first guests of the 2025 summer season and highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and exactly as described. The owner is on-site, ensuring guests are comfortable. All the other staff are warm and welcoming… and the freshly prepared breakfast each morning is five-star. We look forward to coming back!

Few steps down from the Main Street the hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the bus station which connects Fira to the rest of the island. Main shopping area and eateries just minutes away. We booked an airport taxi transfer through the hotel There was someone waiting at the drop off point to help with luggage down the steps to the hotel. We stayed at a deluxe double room - very spacious room with seating space, dressing area and a large comfortable bed. Bathroom has a large double shower area and everything is extremely clean. Superb breakfast which changes everyday. Wonderful views from the room and the breakfast area. Staff extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous view: quiet, serene spot that belies all the action going on nearby. Walking distance to all the great shopping in Fire. Proprietor and staff are friendly and wonderfully attentive. The home cooked breakfast is truly special - including individually prepared hot items that change evey day like crepes with ham or broccoli cheese souffles.
Be forewarned, since this inn is built into the sides of the cliffs overlooking the caldera (which allows for the amazing views), taxis cannot access the hotel directly, and it will require walking about 2-3 minutes up a short hill and along some cobblestones streets, and then going down a rather long set of steps to get to the the hotel reception area after you get dropped off. The hotel can arrange for transfer assistance with your baggage, etc. from/to the airport or ferry if you call them at least a couple days in advance - I HIGHLY recommend this!

Wonderful hotel with top class service, the most amazing breakfasts and stunning views!
Vassilis and his team couldn't have done a better job, in particular Christos who was truly lovely and helpful. Fab amenities and beautiful room, in particular the addition of the day bed and hot tub on the balcony was a proper treat.
The hotel is excellently posititioned and sunset views from both the room and rooftop bar were superb. Great spot for exploring the rest of the beautiful island.
Did not want to leave.

The staff and owner go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. From getting off the shuttle (and carrying the luggage) to breakfast and providing us with dining options this hotel is top notch. We stayed in the family room with 4 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. Would definitely come back to Villa Reno’s!!

This property was made by the Greek Gods collectively! If you’re looking for the PERFECT hotel in Fira, this is definitely your place to stay! Let me talk about the owner and staff, AMAZING! They go above and beyond to help make your stay incredible. Super nice and accommodating. They teach you about the area, provide fabulous recommendations, and a map. The breakfast is AMAZING! You get different breakfast options each day. The caldera view from this hotel is a painting of perfection. Super beautiful and relaxing! The roof top bar makes the best drinks that I have ever had. I mean that! Try Pink Lover! You will be happy that you did. Enjoy your drink from a gorgeous rooftop bar. This hotel is extremely clean and offers a home like feeling. The bed cradles you to sleep and the pillows are fluffy and soft. I can’t rave enough about this beautiful hotel. The area is so close to excellent restaurants, bars, and tons of shopping options. Do not ever hesitate to book your stay at Villa Renos! Matter of fact, stop reading this review and book right now! I definitely will only stay at this phenomenal hotel. So blessed to have the opportunity to meet the incredible owner and staff. Came as a stranger and left as family! Please come to Villa Renos and see for yourself what I experienced. 100/10 experience. Amazing hotel, clean rooms, beautiful private balcony with an amazing view. All of the staff at this hotel was so kind and helpful at all moments. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - a must stay if you are in Fira!!!
