The room was clean and quiet. I loved the flooring. The beds were plush and comfy. The TV had loads of channels. The balcony had a fabulous view. There was plenty of water pressure and hot water. The staff were friendly, fast and professional.
I walked to the beach, the zoo, a charming coffee shop across the street and to Crab Daddy's next door.
I had one goofy problem - the toilet. It took 3 or 4 tries and some cursing to get it to wake up and flush.

The hotel room was huge and spacious. It was also clean. Parking was easy - either right outside the building or in the basement area. It’s located right next to the beach. It was also like less than ten minutes from the airport. Good wifi connection and the staff at front desk was great! Would stay here again!

The hotel location was so convenient.
2 minutes to beach by walk.
Room was ok but bathtub was lil too small.
We had a real great time there.

enjoyed guam alot! I only got 2 days to enjoy guam, so luckily I booked this hotel, for it is in the middle of all the stores to visit. halfway to the farthest gpo and halfway to the other side, micronesia mall. and you can also walk to kmart at night. lobby wise, vintage but clean, okay for its price.. elevator wise, its nice that they have an operator stationed to avoid malfunctioning of the vintage elevator... room wise, also vintage, but also clean, I just wished they could upgrade the linen sheet to a new white comforter because it gets really cold at night, but kudos to the good air conditioner maintenance!... furthermore, at night its a bit disturbing because I think there are spirits roaming around, but just respect them and everything will be alright, anyway the hotel is already 20+ years old and not bad for the price...but I loved the hot water and strong water they provide, with basic and complete amenities set for your whole stay.. and lastly, what made my stay really awesome was the staffs at the mini mart and lower lobby, they were really helpful and even helped me asses my bags before I head off to the airport. this really made a big highlight or impact to my whole stay. thank you 😊
