Zafra Hotel

Bueno todo estuvo excelente pero se nos quiso cobrar una tapa de baño que no quebramos no por el dinero que pudimos haberlo pagado sino porque sé nos acusaba de algo que no hicimos así que, revisen bien la habitación antes de entrar sus cositas y tome fotos para que no tenga la experiencia nuestra. Ellos tomaron en cuenta que no la pagamos y agradecemos eso pero no quita que perdimos 30 minutos resolviendo la situación cuando teníamos un viaje de 4 horas conociendo el tráfico en Guatemala. Pero todo excelente

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at Zafra. It’s located very close to Xocomil, where we went on Saturday. The included breakfast was good. We would do it again.

The accommodation was good, friendly staff.

The wi fi wasn’t in the tv and we can’t install

They need to have a security at entrance of hotel. In my stay it wasn't door always open . Office front desk other area.

The mattresses are of very poor quality, they are extremely hard, and it is impossible to get any rest. The pillows smell bad, the bedside lamp has an exposed wire, and I got quite an electric shock that I will always remember. The showerhead is damaged and sprays water everywhere. The liquid soap in the shower is of very poor quality. The white tablecloths in the restaurant are dirty and smell bad. The parking is limited—one night, I arrived at 11 PM to sleep and couldn't find a parking spot. When I complained at the reception, they told me to park my car sideways in front of the reception. They also mentioned that the problem is that some guests rent a single room but arrive with 3-4 cars, leaving others without parking. It was not a good experience at this hotel; I couldn't get any rest during the two nights I stayed there.

The property over all is clean. The food at the restaurant was also very good. The maintenance is lacking a little The drainstop in our bathroom shower was broken, and the tile floor was uneven, so the water puddles. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

Nice stay if you’re visiting the amusement parks

The place was really nice in appearance. The pool had the perfect temperature for when we went in at 7pm. The pool was clean as well as the rooms. The rooms were comfortable but lacked hair conditioning and body wash/shampoo separation. The parking was extremely convenient because the are situated in front of the rooms. The breakfast included with the stay consisted of a classical Guatemalan breakfast which was excellent and the service a 10 of 10. In overall, great place and very close to Irtra parks.

Tienen que mejorar limpieza,contrar personas para fumigar cucarachas vimos varias en el dormitorio,baño. Toallas muy viejas. Personal muy atentos y educados.

Worst wifi i ever had in any hotel experience also the place was having fumigation done at 6 am waking me up and made me change rooms midway through my stay only water you can drink cost you 10Q for 500ml which is overpriced borderline thievery

Me dieron una habitacion con olor a humedad y viejo. Me cambiaron a otra habitacion sin olor, parecia recien pintada y estaba mucho mejor

I like quiet, safe place and parking area, add Staff personnel very well.

Great little hotel close to the theme parks and attractions. It was very clean and the staff super friendly. Celest, who works in the restaurant was really engaging and friendly. Food was delicious and breakfast was a great way to start the day of exploring the area. For the price and location this is a great option. Rooms are clean and tidy, noise from the road and bar is noticiable but usually quietens down around 2300.
