The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it easy to access various attractions. The receptionist during check-in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I checked in during the afternoon, and the service was outstanding. Truly an excellent first impression! The hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Thematic hotel with all the cute details. Large room with 2 queen beds, can sleep 4 adults. There are also lots of shuttles to and from Disneyland, so you don't have to wait too long. Super friendly service. The children had a happy stay here.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Room is very specious and comfortable. Everything is just so perfect except for the lack of a convenient store on site to grab something quick to eat and to purchase some hygiene products or basic medications.

There were fewer Disney elements than we expected; without looking carefully, you wouldn't necessarily know it is a Disney hotel. I think they are aiming for the hotel to be more classy and premium, but when travelling with kids, you kind of want the Disney aspect dialled up to 10 and to be in your face.
The only food options are in the hotel, and are quite expensive. If you wanted to eat elsewhere, the closest metro station (Sunny Bay) has no food options, so you need to travel to either Tung Chung (approx 45 mins) or back into Hong Kong (about an hour).

This was a great property for visiting Disney.
You get to use a Disney Hotel line however, if you have early entry tickets you don’t need it.
The hotel was great and had everything we needed especially after a long day as Disney.
The food is good at the Hotel too.
A great stay and would definitely recommend, even for couples without kids.

Overall a fantastic 2 night stay at the Lodge. It had that resort vibe to it especially coming from the hustle and bustle of central HK. You can appreciate all the details of the hotel a lot more. The pool was great and they had life jackets and inflatable rings for the kids. There is a good range of food options, thats why we chose this hotel as our young girls wouldn't eat enough to justify a buffet. We had dinner at Dragon Wind the first night. Although on the expensive side we were impressed with the quality and taste of the food. The Disney custard buns were a nice dessert treat. We also tried the cafe and we enjoyed the Mickey waffles. The cafe also sells things like fruit salad, milk and range of snacks etc which was convenient. The hotel is also walking distance to the Disney Hollywood Hotel. The surrounds and gardens of the hotel are nicely designed and we enjoyed a morning walk. (just remember to bug spray!) The shuttle bus to and from Disneyland was also very convenient. Overall a great stay and we would stay here again.
