Great experience in Royal Plaza Hotel. We spent 5 nights in here… strategic location near shopping mall, MTR, and supermarket, also clean room and nice staff 😊 And we were so happy getting a room with the nice city view 🫶🏻

One of the best hotels I have booked. The Family room is very spacious. There are outlets in almost every corner of the room which is really convenient if you have lots of gadgets to charge. They see to it that the room is cleaned every day. They adjust the cleaning time depending on the guest's request. The hotel location is perfect. It connects to Moko mall which is near the MTR station. Very convenient for travelers. The health club is my favorite. Their staff is very polite and friendly. The machines in the gym are quite modern. The Sauna is nice. The sprinkling of water is automatic. No need to manually scoop water. The jacuzzi near the pool is also nice. It is fronting the hotel building. They have a photo spot near the pool which is perfect for taking family pictures. Thank you Royal Plaza Hotel for the wonderful experience 💯.

The hotel can be reached by walking conveniently via shopping mall and Mong Kok East MTR station (don't go via Prince Edward MTR which is street level, longer walk and not covered walkway). The bed is super comfortable. I love the stay there.

The hotel was huge with many rooms. It is very dated and need many fixing. The desk was all chips and drawer cannot close correctly, fridge cannot set to cold, grout in washroom with many cracks, hair dryer in drawer with lots of hairs, and toilet with a lot of stains.

I like the transport and the shopping mall. it’s very convenient and practical. I also like the cleanness of this hotel. It would be better if the check-in time could be earlier than 3pm
