Ibis Hotel is our go-to hotel when we explore a new country. The room is clean and comfortable, staff is nice and helpful, mostly located in a nice and safe neighborhood, they just have all that we need when traveling with children. Keep up the good job!

Anyway, it's really delicious staying here. Book time explained that the view of the city. It turned out that after checking in we were given a view of Victoria Harbor. It feels so good. Tomorrow, if you go to HK, you want to stay here again. Very clean for cleanliness. don't get bored staying here. Thanks ibis HK.

Due to the typhoon, my flight plans changed and the hotel did not show any flexibility. No restaurant available for dinner on the premises. With the typhoon, had to go out in the rain to look for food.

The room is spacious than I thought which is good :) decent size of the desk good for me to work from the hotel. Friendly staffs especially room cleaner. My room drainage blocked and they immediately settled my issue in the morning. Strategic location to many places including walking distance to Central, Macau ferry terminal as well as the harbour.

Generally hotel competitive if book early. If close to booking date, price jump and I would have good choice at the price. Transportation is convenient except it’s in the middle of 2 MRT stations which needs quite a walk. Food choice nearby is good. Hotel generally is ok but don’t like access to lobby

Extremely spacious room for hk hotel standard. Arrived early at 10am and was lucky to check-in the room immediately. Friendly staff. 5-10min walk to multiple tube stations. Very close to tourist attractions.

transport options are good. convenient spot. easy to get a taxi or order an uber too. bed is firm and i love it like that because it helps me sleep better. I think the shower space is a bit squeezy though. functional space. right next to yummy Liu An Ju (lok on kui) so you can get great food all day! there is also a nice restaurant in the same building as ibis. Starbucks conveniently on Level 1 too!
