The room was very spacious and clean and I liked the views. Two large waters were provided and coffee and tea. The location was great, very convenient to public transport and walking distance to many things. My only negative is that housekeeping woke me up at almost 10pm when I was jet lagged.

Easy check in easy check out professional staff. We used the free hotel shuttle many times great service. Close to Happy Valley races on Wednesday nights… walkable fun night.

Great service, but property a bit dated and smell a bit mouldy. There is no shops or restaurant in the area. Have to cross the road and go for a short walk for convenient shop.

The rooms are great, and large enough (not always the case in Hong Kong). The bathroom is nice. It was quiet considering that this is downtown Hong Kong. I would go again anytime - well worth the money.
