Excellent location and good customer service! We arrived early and they allowed us to check-in with no extra cost. They also provide luggage storage upon check-out should you wish to explore more on your last day. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Had a great stay here! Will definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends. When you enter at the lobby, it smells really good, like a scent of a d&g blue perfume. The view from our room was amazing. The location was great too. Thank you so much!

Really enjoying stay at the Salisbury YMCA of Hong Kong. Their service was really nice. Location is their plus point. Room size is bigger than the average hotel in HongKong.

The Salisbury never disappoints in terms of location or the quality of service. I commend the hotel's quest for a sustainable planet, however making up the room daily rather than every 3 days doesn't need to involve changing sheets or towels, but a freshly made bed or tidy bathroom can make a trip.

We have been staying in YMCA continually last few years during our visit. Overall the hotel is good except the house keeping is not daily only by request, only empty garbage and the towels are not filled up as well.
Like we continue to staying for 4 night and only changed bedding once. I don’t accept they do daily but at least every 2 days specially in summer.

This property is an amazing find! We got a room with a harbor view. It was spacious and clean. There are several dining options. Breakfast on the 4th floor was a good value, also with a good view. It is in a lively area with many shops, restaurants and public transport nearby.

The property is dated and could do with an upgrade. The rooms are on the small side. You only get housekeeping services every 3 days, such as change towels, make bed and clean, they only empty garbage daily. You must call housekeeping to request new towels if you would like them before the 3 day timeframe.
If you don’t plan on being in the room much, it is a good place to rest your head and shower. We were on the go much of our 3 night stay, therefore suited our purposes just fine.
The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Location is fantastic close to the shopping and dining areas. It’s a walking distance to Kowloon Park, an oasis in the middle of busy Hong Kong. The hotel itself is a bit dated but it’s still okay. Room is clean with minimal amenities.

I had an issue with checking in because my booking was named under my married surname, my passport name is my maiden surname , BUT I have a valid residence ID with my married surname that matches my booking , but this check in lady insisted I need to change my booking’s name because it does not match my passport, but i was already showing her my other residence ID with the name that matches but she would not accept!!!! She insisted that the booking should match the passport???!!! First of all you are not the immigration , how can i not check in with my other valid ID???
The booking must match the name with my ID, when is a residence ID not an ID if I may ask??? why would she insist that it should match my passport??? even the credit card that I use with the booking is same with my residence ID for God’s sake

You guys must improve on your check in counters, don’t act as if you are the immigration officers ok? since when must we check in using passports only??? why are other valid IDs not acceptable during check in?? since when is that a rule???
These ladies doesn’t want to accept my residential ID to check in and insist on passport only, I dont understand.
