The road outside and some surrounding roads were being re-done so it was very sandy and dusty. Our taxi still managed to drop us right outside though. Great staff, delicious breakfast, fab rooms and good amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The chocolate fountain at breakfast was definitely a hit! Would return to this hotel if we visit Budapest again!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking and the room was very warm. It was too noisy to keep the door open overnight.

Very nice and modern hotel. Spa on covered rooftop, good enough. A bit isolated for restaurants. Helpful staff. Room and bathroom wide. Comfortable bed (better if one duvet instead of two single ones). Bathroom had the shower applyance broken. Super breakfast (pieced food was missed). What beats me is why such a nice hotel charges you for slippers and a robe to use their spa?

The garden patio was beautiful in the evenings. Staff was welcoming, warm, kind, and helpful. They became like family! Breakfast was very decent. Highly recommended and I will definitely return!

At the time of checking , man was not polite or helpful at all, not treated us with curtesy. On following days other receptionist was very helpful and treated us with curtsey and utmost respect. we booked through him two activities and greatly appreciate his service and also like to mentioned that he is an asset to the hotel. On check out same man ( at the time of checking ) not polite.

Lovely hotel. Friendly and very helpful. Good location to walk in any direction. Loved our stay. Room large and comfortable. Lots of surfaces to organise luggage. Bathroom great (only small improvement - shower could do with an extension arm beyond shelf).

Bo33 is our best experience of staying many hotels during this 14-days Europe trips ; front desk staffs are professional , friendly & considerable ; daily room cleaning completely , wonderful breakfast buffet choices , definitely will choose Bo33 again if we visited Budapest next time .
