Muy bien ubicado, excelente que nos dejaron guardar las maletas! Me encantaría que las instrucciones fueran un poco más claras y sin tantos correos! Lo del ruido no me pareció un problema ya que terminaba muy temprano la música del bar, por cierto muy buen bar el de abajo, 100% recomiendo la experiencia! En general, muy bien y las habitaciones muy bien

Great room and location.

Excellent facilities, everything very clean and functional.

We booked to stay at this hotel. Then the day before we went to stay we booked our activities and bus ticket for the airport for when we left based on this location. Then we could walk everywhere. The night before we checked in they sent an email advising there was a 'water and heating issue' and moved us to an apt complex. The apt was nice - but not even close to the hotel. We then had to taxi to all our prepaid activities and bus stop - which was quite expensive. In addition check out at the apt was 10am as opposed to 11am at the hotel. So we had to stand outside longer because we booked the bus based on checkout. Highly inconvenienced!

The keypad entry for the hotel & room was malfunctioning- too many attempts & the alarm went off all over the hotel. Thank God the very nice lady who was working around the hotel helped us; there was no reception staff (which the post did NOT make clear or mention at all maybe). It would’ve been helpful on sheets of basic info (eg which remote was needed to shut the window that couldn’t be reached…) how to use the jacuzzi that seemed to be out of order maybe, where the hairdryer was hidden

Not a good experience. Will not recommend anyone. Staff is not accommodating. We reached one hour early after 16hours journey and asked for an hour early checkin and room was ready. They wanted to charge $45 for one extra hour. Where is customer service? Its online check in only. So they can just answer when they are ready and not when you need them. Water was smelling. Bathroom was smelling. Only location was good. Everything else was an issue.

Really decent place, especially for the price. Very cut-and-dry self check-in kind of place. It’s in a good central location and only a few minutes away from Bus Stop 6. I did read other reviews that there were issues with the check in codes and noise from the bar, but I didn’t experience either of these problems. If you don’t need a ton of amenities, I recommend it.

The stay was only ok. The room was clean but very basic. It's self check in style with no reception, which I've stayed in before, but this experience wasn't great. Small improvements would have made our stay much better. There were only enough towels for one each. I asked for extras and I had to go several times to different floors to look for them over two days. They finally brought them to our room on day three. There was only one rubbish bin in the bathroom, which filled up fast when travelling with kids and was really inconvenient. There were no bedside lamps, so you either had overnight lights on or none at all. Again, awkward when you want to be up reading while the kids are in bed. We requested cleaning one day, but they never turned up. Also, check out is at 11, but they locked our room code at 10:50 and we couldn't get in to retrieve our bags. It would have been very stressful if the cleaner hadn't been there to help. There was live music every night in the bar below from 8-11pm, and it was loud enough to sing along! It didn't bother us, and they gave us earplugs, but don't stay here if you want a quiet evening. The one plus is they were pretty quick to respond on WhatsApp with any questions. And the location was good. Bottom line, I would ONLY stay here if you get it really cheap. There were better places nearby that were cheaper.

Airport shuttle was great.Staff friendly.Room was clean.Wi-Fi great. I want to see office and Staff easy to communicate.

Great location, very nice place

Very poor customer service. Our flight was unexpectedly canceled, making it impossible for us to reach the property, yet the host refused any refund or consideration. We contacted them immediately, as did Expedia customer service, and provided all requested documentation explaining the situation. Despite this, they showed no flexibility or compassion. To make matters worse, we continued receiving messages saying “time to check in” and “hope you enjoyed your stay,” even though we never arrived. An extremely disappointing experience and not the level of understanding you’d expect from a hospitality provider

Parking around the area was not hard to find, everything was a walkable distance. It is a bit loud at night due to all the bars around the area so it’s best to keep windows closed

They are not staffed as stated but do not allow for luggage storage until the room is ready and it was a bit of a headache. Other than that great place

We prefer daily cleaning. Location is very good.

Was here with my adult daughter. We got in 24 hrs all we could of this beautiful country. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. Until next time.
